Ordered two sandwiches and they made my club sandwich wrong. I tried to call 5 times and they did not pick up. On the sixth call, I was told to wait a moment. They took someone else’s order (understandable) and once they were done taking that order, they joked around and laughed with each other for about two minutes then hung up the phone. When I came to the store to fix the issue, the cashier appeared to have an issue with me asking and cut me off twice. He said to his coworker “hey, can you redo that club,” signifying that they knew they messed up the order and did not care enough to pick up the phone to ensure it was fixed. I also complained to the night manager about this issue. The cashier already put in a new sandwich for me, so there wasn’t much for the manager to do. The subs are good, but the store wasn’t the cleanest and the service was terrible. While they did resolve my issue, the process to get there was terrible.

In the past I'd give them a 5 for food but a recent order just wasn't very good. The meat was all bunched up on the sandwich and the bread was very soggy. Didn't finish the sandwich. Would definitely recommend trying them, but be prepared that it might be an off day.

I waiting over 20 minutes before they told me that they didn't have the ingredients for my sandwich and I needed to order a different one. I wasn't even offered a refund or a refund on the price difference between the original and new sub. Also, the whole place is so dirty. Maybe it would be worth it if the subs were cheap, but they are not.

Gotta love a sandwich spot that smells like a pizza place! Great portions. If it's your first visit, try it to-go. Easy parking. If you can't handle a wet sandwich, especially to-go, get the sauces on the side. ✌️

Decided to take a break from the norm and tried Dave’s a couple of months ago. I eat here at least once a week. Best meatball sub ever made. And tastiest club ever made. Only suggestion is selling meatballs as a line item. They are THAT good

Hope management sees this review: historically love Dave’s and most of your sandwiches are great, but the buffalo chicken wrap was an atrocity and should not be served to the public. My wife loves their sandwiches and didn’t feel totally safe consuming the wrap. Seemed like it had sat in a fridge premade for a long time before she was served it. I tried a bite and regretted it.

Sheesh I didn't want to give a bad review. I had high hopes for this place, driving past it every day for 5 months. The bread is too hard for my liking but it wasn't bad. The secret sauce seems to be Italian dressing and that was not what I expected. Finally omg the Cole slaw... Cole slaw seems to be the only side available so I assumed it would be great. It was not. The appearance was perfect, looks exactly like KFC (they still have the #1 ranking in my book for slaw).
However to be fair the sub I got was not on the top recommended (chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sauce, banana peppers.) And I battled getting the meatball sub. Looks fantastic... not sure how I feel about meatballs on that bread. Bout cut the roof of my mouth lol.
It's my fault... I bet the other subs are great. I'll never know ?♀️

When ordering an Italian sub, I asked the cashier a few questions, but they told me to “read each item on the menu” and get back to them once I had done so. The tone was very unfriendly, which made me feel uncomfortable, so I decided to leave. The cashier just shrugged as if they didn’t care.
I’ve heard great things about the subs, but the service was disappointing.

Small hole in the wall good food all seating is outside in the covered area. Customer service was OK. Definitely could use a little maintenance but all in all it was good. Sandwiches very similar to Jersey Mike’s.
Parking: Plenty of free parking.
