Used to love them. After their "renovation" the staff, atmosphere, and even menu has changed. Everything is (significantly) more expensive, tastes worse, and they even discontinued their loyalty program. Terrible. Avoid if possible.
Treated my daughter horribly over a common practice done in the store ( Did not reprimand anyone else) , Spoke to her & her coworker with such disrespect whilst also telling her coworker they would not pay her even though she was clocked in and hours were approved by manager during a recorded conversation. I have never heard of such illegal & bullying practices taking place in a country with rights in place to protect Employers and Employees. My child’s paychecks have come up missing on multiple occasions with no communication about it whilst others paychecks were always present on pay days even whilst being a reputable worker , and doing many side tasks for said owners . Owner even goes on & says that she doesn’t care what is or isn’t illegal even if her practices infringe on Georgia State Labor Laws, Parents please don’t send your child to work here !
Updated Reply: You’ve never communicated that issue with her for her to explain her end or rectify your perception of the situation, whilst your senior workers + every other worker including her manager do the same. She’s paid on multiple occasions both working and not and told you she’ll show receipt proof , she’s even came down one day last week to get a drink and was told by her manager just go and make it. With that being said , there’s space to see the situation from her perspective especially since the money she uses to print things out for you surpass the amount of the drinks with the discount. She can’t “make” herself food , as she doesn’t work in the kitchen, she would have to pay to even get the food. Even then , my issue isn’t even firing her , it’s how you interacted with her and her coworker after the fact. She showed you massive respect and gave you transparency just for you to lie and disrespect her! So if you would like to talk about the disrespect you showed , lowering her pay from the pay she signed and agreed to due to miscommunication between you and your husband, her paycheck not being with others multiple times ,you saying you won’t pay them , you saying you don’t care about the illegal actions you’re taking and asking her to make fake reviews for you then please reach out to me by all means. But you’ve blatantly ignored all of those complaints , so we have absolutely nothing to speak about.
Again Parents don’t let your children work here. They’re not a responsible establishment
Definitely not a place you should work and or visit especially as a college student. This specific location improperly trains its staff simply for the sake of having the shop up and running, Owners only coming in to provide food items running low . This leaves employees completely unprepared when dealing with customers , hence the multiple bad reviews in the last month. Ding Tea Owner Anna, tells it’s workers to not only lie in response to public reviews left but to leave fake good ones to present themselves as an up to par establishment instead of actively fixing the problem being poor management. Not only do they treat employees poorly in their choice of words , behavior and communication with them not only when teaching them during training but also during conflict resolution matters. They also put no “real” sanitation regulations in place
to protect customers & their health. Sanitation buckets being empty for days in a row with no response to it not being done , things that need to be sterilized and thoroughly washed only being rinsed with water.
This is all in all an establishment that needs work from top to bottom , starting from the character of the bosses to the confusion amongst workers.
Our go to with lots of boba, fruit, milk tea options. Great location and customer service! Highly recommend!
We LOVE this place! Bobo tea selection flavor ambiance friendly stars worth the price! Park intentionally so you don’t get a ticket. We park on the side street for free under 30 minutes and walk about 100 feet down. Worth it! The other locations aren’t as good and we are picky so….
I’ve been a regular customer here for the past two years, but unfortunately, today will be my last visit. I gave them two chances—one last week and again yesterday—but both experiences were disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, and the drinks were subpar—just light creamer with ice water. Honestly, I can’t trust the 5-star reviews from yesterday; it seems like they’re from staff or family members because so many customers, including myself, were upset. The new management is doing a terrible job. If they don’t get things together soon, they’re going to lose their loyal customers. Very disappointed.
Friends and I waited over 30 minutes for our beverages. Both mine (a Crème Brûlée Matcha Milk Tea) and my friend's (a Matcha Milk Tea with Ube) beverages tasted horrible : ( They were powdery and lacked flavor majorly. I also asked for boba and it was not added to my beverage. The girl that is working the register/making drinks is clearly new and it's unfair to her that no one is helping her when she has a large total of orders to fulfill. She was on the phone with I'm assuming a manager/owner but someone was in the back that could have been helping her. This really put a damper on my experience here, as my prior experience was great.
The owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves! I came with my friends and we ordered 3 drinks at 4:15pm and we didn’t leave until 5pm. There was only one young girl working and she seemed fairly new because she wasn’t sure on how to do certain things. The girl repeatedly said “hold on let me check” and seemed to ask someone in the back for help but no one ever came to help her when there was a line she could not keep up with herself. Another customer even requested a refund because our orders were taking too long. The girl seemed to be not very well trained because she would take orders for several people before ever starting on the customers before drinks (which put her very behind). And lastly the drinks were not even made well. I got a matcha with ube foam and it was extremely gritty with no flavor. Please hire more staff and properly train them. It is not fair AT ALL to your staff.
I ordered a Mangonada drink and I am currently waiting over 40 minutes for it. Whoever owns this place needs to rethink their staffing practices; there was only one girl working on drinks and there’s someone in the back (not sure what they’re doing but it’s not helping her make drinks).
As I’m sitting here: my friends returned their drinks because they were nasty, and another couple asked for a refund because of the wait. I would rate 0 stars if I could.
The mangonada was a 2/5
They recently renovated and now have more desserts and food! The mozzarella dog I got was really good and the tea always hits the spot!

The new renovation is so beautiful and amazing! The drinks are also very good as well as the new foods and snacks!
I was the most regular customer until the new management took over. Got a lot more expensive. Very slow. Waiting for my food, I kept hearing people getting food/drinks that are different from their orders…
nasty attitudes and the light skin girl in the front got a mean staring problem they took 6 years for one corn dog and gave us tea with no boba and refused to sell my friend a cup of popping pearls and made her buy a drink just for them to give her some sparkling acid with a cup of popping pearls on the side… i even asked for some ketchup on the side of my korean corn dog for dipping and they squirted it at the bottom of to go box instead of just putting it in a little cup like i asked. horrible attitudes, tasteless staring, and overall frustrating experience. will not be back… what has customer service come to.
My little sister and I always look for boba, and we stop by here. I am glad we did because it was amazing. As a college student, I found this a hangout spot. I could talk to other students, and the overall vibe of the shop was chill.
The boba itself is amazing. I am not too on the sweeter side of things, weetness is on point with the percentage, so now that the percentage of s I was happy. I have been to other Boba spots where 50% sweetness feels like they put 100% and added some for good measure, but they put the right amount here. They have alternative milk for anyone who can not have milk (like myself).
By the way, I ordered a Strawberry Matcha (I had boba but was not sure because I last minute changed), and my little sister ordered taro with brown and white boba (I believe)
I was so kind to the staff while they were rude to me. The white girl was rude af (the one that makes it). I asked about the OOLONG - saw ad for Taro Mash & was told they weren't able to make it as she explained what it was. I said " okay, I'll just have the oolong." I will admit that I didn't double check to make sure she had the right tea - thats still no reason to be rude. The little Asian girl didn't become rude til after the white red hair one. Instead of admitting it was a misunderstanding they vocally jumped me and refused to remake the order I'm literally being calm & nice af. I have a headache and just wanted boba today from my 2nd favorite spot in Atlanta l. Been coming here since 2022 only at night this my first time coming when it's light out. Use to live this place now I hate it. Never coming back. And btw that money was gonna be BACK on my card either way it went.
