We were so sad to see Serpas leave O4W, so when we came to Dixie Q we were delighted to see our fav salmon chips on the menu! The BBQ is delicious too and don’t discount those pickles as a garnish. They just might change your life!

Horrible service, waited 20 minutes for margarita, and they said they had to wash our glasses before we could get second drinks. Once there was more than 3 tables full in the restaurant the staff could not accommodate or keep up. Poor customer service, food is sub par. Had an issue with one item on our check (kids meal) and the manager argued with me and would not adjust our bill

The meat I had (pulled pork) was perfect. The sauce I chose (spicy) was a little weak.
5 stars across the board, wish I could give them 10. Everything was great. I wish they wasn't sold out of ribs, but based on the food I ate, I'm super excited to taste the ribs now.

Amazing barbeque, one of the best places we have eaten inside the perimeter. This is the first bbq place I have been to that has a Louisiana flair to it. Several of the sides were flavored with Cajun/Creole seasoning, and instead of baked beans they serve red beans and rice.
We went around noon on a Saturday and there wasn't a large crowd. We got a table immediately and had our order placed within 10 minutes of walking in the door.
Y'all gotta figure out the brisket. It's overcooked and cut way too thick. I was told my slices "looked extra good". I took a bite a chewed for several minutes.
Everything else is great besides the macaroni. The macaroni was actually bad. Bad bad.

Unfortunately I feel like I wasted $50. The brisket was extremely tough with no fat or bark. The "Crystal Honey" wings were dry. I asked for SOS and the watery sauce on the side smelled and tasted like vinegar. Even the sauce marked barbeque sauce was watery and tasted like vinegar. The Brussels were mushy as if they were frozen. The greens were good until I met the large stalks at the bottom. The macaroni had a good flavor but the overcooked pasta was unpleasant. Reviews seemed good so maybe I just picked up on an off day.
