Another great neighborhood eatery that has been around for 25 years! Family favorites: pork dumplings, lo mein, general chey's stirfry, thai coconut soup, and the salads are actually really hardy and yummy. They have done a lot of give-back fundraisers for the neighborhood fire house and schools over the years and we really love that. We always eat here when the kids come visit from college. Friendly staff and good value for what you get.
I would give this 5 stars, however HappyCow only allows a max of 4 starts for a partially vegetarian restaurant (womp womp). I've been going here for years and like that it's a place where both vegetarians and carnivores can find something delicious. Lots of vegetarian options. My faves: garlic eggplant stirfry, black bean noodles. My hubby bounces between the spicy szechuan and general chey's. You can't go wrong. Friendly staff and love that they give back...
First time trying Doc Chey! The food selection is good. You order up front at the cashier and then they bring it to you. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and added chicken - quite tasty! I also got the Brussel sprouts which had a great flavor! My mentor also got Brussel sprouts which she enjoyed, and the spring rolls.
They have an outside covered patio and inside seating available.
