Was in from out of town placed an order online… called to give the gate code… waited for my food and when it didn’t arrive i called back and the female manager was rude lying telling me that the driver called me 3 times which he did not nor was there a reason to call because i gave the gate code!! She then offered to have my food re delivered after the driver made other deliveries and it would have to be the same food not new fresh food.!! Never again i cancelled the order and ordered from somewhere else

Experience was so Piss Poor. They Burned my 1st order to a Char and blamed it on the Cheeder. Then my Reorder wasn't even Cut all the way through and the Pizza Handler dropped the Boxes and Cutting equipment on the Floor and cut another person pizza without washing or replacing it. Only thing Cooked correctly was the Brownies. Inept Management and childish employees are running the store. Sad.

I order from her at least twice a week if I could rate yall a negative 0 I would they are very disrespectful and unprofessional and to have a manager on duty and be part of the problem is even worst.

Bought a philly cheesesteak pizza. Either the pizza was undercooked or dough was old. The dough was too soft, thin and mushy. Had to eat the pizza with utensils

I called to place a large order and asked if the store delivered to a specific address. One of the on-duty managers was extremely rude, told me to call back, and said they’d “let me know if they decide” to deliver. He eventually hung up in my face.
When I called back to ask for the GM’s name, another manager by the name of Zack was just as dismissive. He stated the store was under new management but refused to provide the name of anyone over him. When pressed, I was met with silence before being asked if I wanted to order then he hung up on me as well.
This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from individuals in management positions. I was able to record the call and will be following up with the appropriate parties. Experiences like this are the reason some businesses struggle: poor training, lack of accountability, and no respect for customers.

Took 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order to arrive! Also I asked for well done and light sauce also garlic crust, I got NONEEE! Terrible service. Terrible. Food came out of the trunk driver had smoke coming out of his car. When I order in the evening it’s terrible when I order between opening and lunch it’s fine.

Short black young man with afro was very helpful with me getting my order. I was sent to this store because my store’s oven was down. Very friendly . Great customer service

I requested a delivery order for $50. I received an alert stating that my food had been delivered but it wasn't on my porch or anyone else's porch. I called Dominos and they stated that it was on the way because they had multiple stops. They closed out the order to lie about delivery time. Delivery took triple the initial eta. It was pouring rain when the driver arrived and he called me and wanted me to come downstairs to get my food lol. I let him know that hes the delivery driver not me. When he came upstairs with a full blown attitude. He was extremely rude and didnt acknowledge my thank you whatsoever. Every last item ordered was cold. 16piece wing, pasta, pizza, bread bites, boneless wings. Worst service of 2025.

They are the worst at making pizzas or anything in their menu, when they have no customers. Order Pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread and got just cheesy bread. I called and the phone rang for 20mins stating that someone will be with me shortly. I literally drive back up there to find that I'm still in the phone ringing, the store phone was on silent and the young man was just leaning against the counter thumbing with his iPhone. I showed him that i was calling and that no one way answering and i showed him their phone is on silent, POOR SERVICE FOR THAT PART AND MY PIZZA. Then the guy proceeds to tell me they didn't answer the phone when people call. I'll be going to Old National Domino's for now on for this kind of service and this is STRIKE 3

I got a email saying my pizza was ready and the young man clearly is working by himself. He asked me what my name was and proceeded to put my pizza in the oven. I already waited 20mins but I have to wait an additional 15 mins because my order wasn’t even started. Dominos do better and get this man some help.

On 07/08/25 I ordered 3 pizza and a jalapeno stuffed cheese with no bacon however they added bacon driver came and left my food outside on the floor without calling or knocking on the door when call the store they told me not there problem and not willing to give me a refund person on the phone was so rude and send me back on hold without letting me know 31min on hold. The pizza have roach and super dry and cold

horrible
they make my pizza wrong every single time i have been there. only pizza place in my area, guess i will have to now make my own pizza. it's like they cannot read english. then get upset with u when u ask for it to be remade the correct way. the fact that ryan offer me the extra toppings on the side to place on the pizza myself is crazy. i hate coming here with a passion. never again
On 6/11/25 I order a medium thin pepperoni ham and extra cheese
The crust was not crispy AT ALL and it was cold and didn't have extra cheese at ALL and my total payment was $26.00 to have this pizza deliver to me
