So this is my second time they messed up my order I ordered extra Alfredo sauce on a pizza 1st and they didn’t give me any and then today they left off the chicken topping I added on my pizza claimed they was gonna send me a pizza and didn’t so I called after a hour and 15 minutes demanding a refund and they claimed my pizza was otw and fresh when I called forever ago and then when I called said claimed I couldn’t get a refund to which I had to go up the store and demand a manager who they said was off even though the guy claimed to be a manager over the phone and I told him the store messed up the order and he still called his delivery driver to throw the blame on her I advise not to order delivery and to definitely check the order before you leave the store because customer service is garbage

Ordered at 18:30 and with an estimated wait time of 42-52 minutes. Got no further contact from Dominoes. Got woken up by the pizza arriving around 21:00. Turned it away. Not the kind of service we were expecting.

I did an pizza order for carry out via the app for lunch while I’m at work.. I paid for a Philly cheese pizza with bacon and banana peppers added. When I got to the store no one greeted me. I let them know I was here for a pick up order. When I got back to work there was items missing. There was no bacon or banana peppers added. I got back to work and looked at the pizza there was no green peppers, bacon, and banana peppers. I called the store several times and was put in hold and no one picked up. I was on hold so long the phone hung up. This is ridiculous!!! I’m never ordering from there again.
Update: I went up there the next day and spoke with the manager. I had my receipt and pictures and they remade my pizza. I was told the phones were automated and they don’t get the calls. Smh
I walked in and witnessed that They do not wear gloves at all…the man was wiping his sweat and had his nasty fingers all in the. Crust of someone’s pan pizza.been coming here since they opened and now will never return.

I wish I could give them a 0 star I have ordered on the app and the staff ask silly questions they say did you check outside of the door while checking with your neighbours. Will I overlook my door before seeing the neighbour and I was damn hungry when I ordered and when I say I didn’t get my order they say they will redeliver but what is the use if they deliver later. This is the most awful dominoes ever the manager is careless and the staff is making a fool out of you pathetic people and no customer service
