They took way to long the bring the pizza to me , Also there was big prices of everything on the pizza it was not cut up at all

Very rude unprofessional from the supervisor I ordered and waited for my pizza 2 hours after I called several time and they said the driver is new he’s on his way after 2 hours they said order was cancelled and they couldn’t find my address which was a lie and they never called after they told me I. Would get another one send out to me however they sent me pepperoni but I didn’t order pepperoni. Called again and was put on hold for hours never answered they kept hanging up on me and I never received my pizza or refund from them. They also leave you on hold forever

I placed an order at 4:51pm , representative over the phone said it will take 30-40 mints. I called again at 6pm , an agent said we are getting ready. However , it was not the case. Kept calling them but they hanged up on me. Finally, at 7:36 pm they called me pizza was ready. I cancelled the order that took them 3 hrs for delivery. Worst customer service!

I ordered a cheese pizza, (2) 8-pc garlic Parmesan wings and garlic twist at store 3539. When I came and picked my order up my cheese pizza was over cooked/ burnt. I asked a young gentlemen that was working the front does this pizza look over cooked? He answered No. So I asked if he could remake it and he refused and went and got Timothy Craven. I told Timothy my concern and showed him my pizza. Needless to say, he remade it and it was perfect and fresh. While I was waiting the store manager Danielle also made sure that my pizza was correct. Thank you Timothy Craven and Danielle for making sure my family and I had a good evening and a wonderful experience at dominoes on river station. I definitely will be ordering there again!

I ordered the steak sandwich, with no special order. This is what I got. It was so burnt the cheese broke off like a chip. They took the toasting too far. The sandwich is inedible. Think of this before ordering from here.

Due to flight delay we had to stay at a hotel with no transportation. We ordered pizza delivery as soon as we got to the room at 11 pm. We were told it would be about 16-26 minutes. An hour later I finally called and they claimed that the driver brought our order back because nobody answered when he knocked on our door. 100% LIE! We were in the room waiting the entire time, and front desk also confirmed that nobody had come in to deliver pizza.

I ordered my food at 7:17pm I did not receive my food untill 1030pm I called the store I was greeted with rudeness I then reached out to cooperate and I was ignored I’m very disappointed and the crazy thing is I am a loyal customer to this store so to be treated how I was treated knowing the money I have spent with this establishment in the past six months is heartbreaking and I will never spend another dime with this business. Dominoes was my pick over any other pizza company not anymore
