Domino's Pizza

I should have known that the service was horrendous. It’s a surprise that AHSAN is being paid anything at all to run this establishment poorly. I would love to be paid and do absolutely nothing! I tried to cancel my order and my call was left on hold for 15 minutes. The driver demanded I pay for a pizza I didn’t want. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS CHOOSE THE CASH OPTION WHEN ORDERING AT THIS LOCATION. If you pay ahead, good luck getting your money back.

Ordered pizzas on Friday and didn't receive my order , nor has company refunded my money to my account why???? I'm not at fault here and I want my money!!! I guess I have 2 call corporate again!!!!

Worst. I got served undercooked floppy pizza. Not only did they ignore my instructions for well done it was barely done then refused to fix it by cooking it any longer.

They took my order and my money and didn't deliver my food and they wouldn't answer the phone they is bad for business

Verily, I do bear witness to the exemplary service bestowed upon me by Hasan, a righteous servant of Domino's. Yea, the pizzas were served forth in a most timely manner, hot and delectable unto mine eyes and taste buds. Yet, 'twas Hasan's demeanor, marked by kindness, courtesy, and a zeal for excellence, that doth set him apart as an exemplary leader of virtue. Five stars, nay, a thousand stars doth he merit for his labors! May his tribe increase, and may his example inspire a multitude of workers to emulate his noble ways!

I ordered at online delivery. The order reach quality check and stay ed in the status for hours. I thought the store was closed because nobody would answer the phone on why my order is still in the same progression. I wake up only to see dominos on my front door step. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced at a store. Do not order here.

I asked for extra sauce and cheese it was none on there.

They NEVER answer the phone. They will have you on hold for EVER and then just hang up. They have NO customer service skills whatsoever!!!

I use to LOVE this location. The black crew there was amazing hands down. One of the best experiences. Fast forward to tonight, i placed my order via the app as i normally would. I noticed that the online tracker didn’t move for over 30 mins. Maybe an error on my part. I red load the app and it simply said ready. Meh not paying much attention to it. I go to pick up my order, two medium hand tossed extra robust sauce, extra cheese and extra pepperoni.. tonight that’s not what they gave me at all. The first two photos are from tonight. Im not sure why they are under new management but it needs to go back. I walk in and instead of my normal all black crew it’s an all Indian/asian crew. Cool nothing against them BUT BE AWARE your order will be skippy!. Something in my heart said look at that order and did. Compared to what i get normally HELL no! I showed the cashier what i normal get and asked him does this pizza(the one HE made tonight) looks like the others he said yes, the one tonight is extra cheese, pep and sauce… if i could lay hands i would! Wasted my time and patience. NEVER again. I’m done with yall no consistency no nothing, i only like this location because the past crew got it right! These new owners AND workers never again

Horrible and very unprofessional!! On 2 occasions, my order had missing items, and my order today wasn’t delivered, but is saying completed in the app! No answer when you call, was on the phone for a hour and still no response! I’ve emailed customer support 2x and still have yet to get a reply. This is unacceptable. Will not be ordering from them anymore and highly recommended you to not do so.

Worst pizza delivery experience ever! Ordered at 6:50pm, website kept updating delivery time for hours, called store numerous times and no one would answer, finally delivered at 12:30am. Pizzas were lukewarm and looked old.

Pizza didn't come after waiting for 2 hours! Called the store a few times to get an update, but the staff was unapologetic and rude. This place ain't gonna fill your tummy.

Just don’t… I keep going back maybe I’m a glutton for punishment. Three different deliveries one I never received the other two just wrong all resulted in my having to go up to the store and the last time they gave me a pizza that had been “under the warmer “ for 3 hours!!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this Domino's location. Not only did they not have change, but their card reader was not working, so there was literally no way to purchase my food "after" it was already prepared. I would have needed "exact" change. SMH.
