Terrible management, I placed an order at around 12:20 and when I arrived (around 1:05) the guy was on his phone and JUST THEN started making the pizzas. The dude didn’t even make them he just yelled at his worker to make them. When I was heading out I noticed how he was yelling and cursing at one of the delivery drivers. These are the type of people you CANNOT have working in customer service. If you were thinking about going here DONT.

Went to get a carry out order at 11 (they close at 12); the door was locked, there were the workers in there actively making pizzas with multiple orders on the rack, had to knock for literally 10 min in the cold and was completely ignored, the only reason why I was addressed is because a worker had to walk out with a delivery

Do not order from this location. Order said delivered and never arrived. Delivery time was supposed to be 40 minutes however after an hour and half I never got my order

Fred the driver and Jason the manager should communicate before they tell a customer where their food really is after it was delivered 1:15 after being taken out of the oven. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother getting a delivery. Your food will be cold like mine

THEY DONT CUT THEIR PIZZA WELL. it’s infuriating when I get my pizzas - usually 3x a week, and not one is ever cut thoroughly. I try to pull a piece and it pull the cheese and toppings from other slices. Also stingy as can be with toppings

I have ordered here several times, always hoping for a better experience but after tonight, I’m just done. I ordered among other things, an XL New York style pizza, light sauce and extra pepperoni. First, my order was randomly marked delivered even though it never arrived at that point. When I tried to call and figure out what happened, no one would answer. Absolutely no one. Was on the phone for like 30 minutes and eventually just got ready to leave and go to the store in person since that would clearly be faster. As I was leaving, the delivery driver finally arrived. But when I took my pizza inside, and opened the XL pizza, it was all wrong. It was clearly a hand tossed or thick pizza, definitely not New York style. Practically dripping sauce there was so much, clearly not light sauce. And even though I paid for extra pepperoni there was barely any on the pizza. This is just the latest in a long list of disappointing orders from this location. Will absolutely not order from this location again, and maybe not any dominos again cause this isn’t the only store near me I’ve had this level of issues with.

How do you make pizza this bad?? I ordered the New York pizza and the best thing I can say about it is that it was cheap. We ordered a large and my family ate two slices and threw out the rest
