Thank God for the new direction this Domino’s is going in!

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and let me tell you the turnaround under Charlie’s leadership has been amazing! For a while, the store was clearly struggling: understaffed, overwhelmed by the rising foot traffic from the nearby apartments, Convention Center, and Performing Arts Center. They were constantly running low on inventory like sauces and plates, and the operations felt chaotic.

But over the last 30–60 days, I’ve noticed a real shift. The team is more efficient, the service is faster, and you can tell there’s finally some strong direction behind the counter. Charlie is clearly tipping the store in the right direction, and it shows.

The location has always been clean, but now it actually feels like a Domino’s you can count on again. My kid and my family love it and we’re not alone. There’s always foot traffic from locals because this location matters to the community.

Huge kudos to Charlie and the team for getting it back on track. Keep it up Roswell Domino’s is officially back in my regular rotation! 🍕👏

I went to the store to order carryout and asked what deals they had for a 2 topping pizza? And, the cashier said no deal. The only deal was for 3 toppings pizza for $14.99? So, I left and got back in
my car and looked online and found the same 3 topping deal online for carryout only for $10.00! Needless to say, it paid off for me to order it online while I Sat in my car and waited for it! The clerk was uninformed or just didn't give a damn? She was too busy talking to her friend that was in there rather than helping out the paying customer.

It’s been three weeks in a row now of me placing a delivery order, but the orders always take so long now, that I have to go pick up my orders in person and get a refund for my delivery fee. The manager and employees have super trash customer service in person, too. Nobody answers the phone either. This Dominos used to be great in years past, but is now beyond incompetence as of late. Avoid this Dominos at all costs. Go to Marco’s next door instead.

Ordered a pizza at 9:14 and it didn’t arrive until another hour and 10 mins after that; even after the pizza tracker indicated that William (the driver) was in my neighborhood about to deliver the pizza by 9:47, he was still far away from my location on the map by 10:20.

I called the store multiple times and all they did was pick up the phone and set it aside (I could listen to them talk inside of the place), only to be surprised by an automated message saying my recent order had been delivered. After checking the app seeing it marked as complete (with the driver still far away), I made my way to the store and the driver finally called to deliver my cold pizza, explaining that it was a mess up by the person inputting the wrong address.

Finally, I got my pizza and it ended being the wrong crust. Horrible service and, cold pizza, wrong preparation. Poor all around, zero stars if I could

The pizzas are priced way high.. so until we see a drop in price I believe there are other pizza joints that are doing far better..

I came to the store directly and ordered pizza the server told me that he is not accepting any orders and asked me to place an online order. Worst service just went out from the door.I don’t want to search the toppings online to place the order, so I asked to place. Disappointed very much.

It has been an hour and half since ordering online (site said delivery in 35-40min. I called to just check on the order and whoever is there just keeps hanging up on me without saying a word. If it's running behind just tell me. At this point I have to dispute the charge and change dinner plans. Don't order from here

9:30, 7/16. Exceedingly poor experience. After ordering through the app, I received a notification that my order was ready, only to arrive to find out that the last portion was still cooking. Left the restaurant without the ordered dipping sauces, and had to return. After I arrived home, I discovered they had given me the incorrect pizzas, and had to return AGAIN. Even after receiving the order that was supposed to be mine, one of the pizzas STILL was not the style in which I had ordered it. I was not able to wait to have it remade, as I was in the middle of a night with my friends. The employee I spoke with (who apparently spells his name “goodbye”) was incredibly rude, and seemed more like he was inconvenienced than apologetic that my order was incorrect. If anyone on my own staff behaved in that manner towards a customer, they would no longer be working for me.
