I placed a delivery order . They marked it delivered. Called twice they just kept saying give it 5 more minutes. Received the food 45 minutes later cold and whole order wrong, food burnt. Had to drive up there. It’s like kids running around a daycare with no structure. Employees was clocking each other out and they were leaving . The tall caucasian due had the nastiest attitude towards me and another customer order they got wrong as well. This place is very disappointing!!!

Very bad service: I placed an order. they charged me but they didn't give it to me, so I called them and they told me that the pizzas were ready but I wouldn't receive them because there was no driver. and I didn't get a refund.

I had the worst experience in all my months of ordering from this dominos this how we get our pizza with burnt cinnamon twist and no icing the driver left with my money but didn’t give me my 2 litter and they can’t even remake my pizza I will never order from here again sorry they hung up in my face after the fact they said he doesn’t have any money with him but that’s ok .

We ordered at 10:46pm, were told by the tracker that our food was out for delivery at 11:10. I followed up with a phone call and was told that our delivery driver was only 10 min away. After waiting an hour and a half for the order we received a cancelation and couldn't call the store because it was after the store had closed.
I paid for my order and I did not receive the order. I called to make a claim and they told me that it was delivered to someone else, but they did not solve it.
because when they deliver the order they must verify with the app, the order is delivered to anyone, very dissatisfied with Domino's

They have great customer service! I'm always very pleased. I appreciate the affordable prices and usually that comes with a trade-off of bad service but Domino's make sure they keep me happy and I love that!
