This is definitely my last time coming to this location. I cannot believe how horrible this service was tonight. I came in and there’s a black guy with dreads in the back. He did not greet me at all he proceeded to ignore me. I waited a few minutes and said “Hello”! He looks at me and say “what’s your name?” Like what!? I’m the ONLY customer in this small store. There’s no way you didn’t see or hear me. Poor Poor customer service!

This is the second time in the past 2 weeks that I have ordered a pizza and it wasn’t completely cut and it shreds when you try to pull it apart. The store refused to refund me my money on the first order and offered me a store credit for the amount of the order. I accepted the store credit and went to use it today and the guy Mike who said he was giving me the credit told me today that there was no credit in the system and there was nothing he could do about it and that he doesn’t remember anything about a credit. I would stay away from this store. I asked the store to remake my order for me and they told me that they don’t remake orders and they arent responsible for the order once it leaves the store. They don’t know how to make food or properly treat their customers

Ordered bread sticks, cheese bread, and 2 pizzas for delivery. Only got the two pizzas and was told to call the store by the driver. Sat on hold for an hour and gave up. When I reported there was missing food on the website it only offered a discount on my next order.

Second time I’ve been to this location and the first time wasn’t pleasant either. If you can order from another location- do it! Over an hour wait on pick up order. Food was legit thrown together. I ordered a spinach and feta specialty pizza w grilled chicken and why was it a cheese pizza and added a dab of Alfredo sauce, with raw onions and spinach. Terrible.

I received a pizza today a half an hour late , when I received my order my pizza pizza was soggy when I opened the box the pizza was disassembled, mushy around the crust when I told the manager at the Buford location in Atlanta she made it seem like the chef made it extra juicy I didn't want that the balance of pizza and sauce was too much where it was seeking through the box , she stated the driver was scared to come back all I did was stop him to hand him back the pizza because it was nasty looking and she went on to talk about gun violence which had nothing to do with my order ,when I'm a dissatisfied customer based off your service to me, my pasta I ordered was over cooked. New management is needed.2.9 rating is too high. It should be 0 bookie.💋
