The worst dominos location ever. I waited over an hour with no update on my delivery order. I called to cancel the order and the girl that picked up the phone assured me that they would cancel my order and refund my money. I was watching the tracker the whole time and it looks like they made the pizza and then marked it as delivered. I never received a cancellation confirmation or a refund so to me it looks like they just made the pizza and kept it. I tried to call back again and was waiting on the line for 20 minutes. Do not buy from this establishment, you'll get much better service and quality elsewhere.

Placed an order at 5:30 pm this evening via the Domino’s app with an estimated delivery of 27–37 minutes. After 40 minutes with no status change, I called the store five times over an hour—each time waiting over 4 minutes on hold with no answer. At 7 pm, the order status reset as if it had just been placed. It finally arrived after 7:30 pm—over two hours later. The delivery driver yelled at my 6-year-old son from the car, telling him not to touch the pizzas and to “get his Mama,” which confused and upset him. I witnessed this and retrieved the pizzas myself. They weren’t hot, were poorly cut, and the toppings were incorrect—bacon and pepperoni were placed together on one side, opposite of what I requested. The ingredients were sub-par and clearly rushed. I ended up heating a frozen pizza for my kids and their friend, which was far better. I request a full refund for this unacceptable experience.

I was waiting for the Domino's Pizza call center to answer me for 1 hour to give them sensitive information for the delivery, for security reasons I cannot publish either the access code or the apartment numbers... the call started at 8:00 pm as soon as I placed the order in the Uber app... at 9:00 pm the Uber app indicates that the order was delivered, but I never received my order, where did they deliver if they never answered the phone to give them the instructions. That's why I gave a bad calification to both the establishment and the delivery person, the money for a meal that I never received has already been deducted from my bank account... Help with my refund.

I was served RAW DOUGH. The entirety of the bottom of the cheesy bread was completely raw dough. That's right, in thst picture is raw dough, NOT cheese. I havent been served uncooked food at a restaraunt ever. Not safe to eat or serve.
The cherry on top is that they forgot the toppings on my pizza and there were big spots missing cheese. Would not recommend to anyone.

Pizzaa was very good with just the right amount of toppings. I had an issue where my soda was accidentally forgotten in a delivery, but the manager got it sorted out quickly for me. I've only been here twice now, but the experience and taste have been good!

How do you get my entire order wrong down to the 3 sodas I ordered? I ordered a 3 topping New York style pizza with spinach, onion, and Alfredo sauce but they gave me nothing I asked for. Like what? Now they don’t want to answer the phone.
