So the system cancelled my order, after I received the message that the pizza was out the oven. I called the store and spoke with Jonathan. Though I was frustrated, he quickly deescalated the situation and got my order out to me. Great customer service is why I will continue to go to this store.

Ordered a medium pan pizza with double pepperoni, double sausage, salami, mushroom, and extra sauce. There was no extra sauce. There wasnt even regular sauce. There was no sausage on it. I dont mean she didnt put enough. I mean there was literally no sausage on it. It was a regular amount of pepperoni, not double like i requested. And the mushrooms that were added were more like crumbs and not actual whole chunks or slices of mushrooms. I requested curbside delivery because my foot was swolen, sore and stiff and i didnt want to have to get out. After receiving notification my pizza was ready, i followed the curbside protocol as instructed on the website. No one brought my pizza. So i had to limp into the store to get my pizza. Then i was told " our curbside notification system is down". No apology for the inconvenience or anything. And i tipped thinking i was gonna receive a great pizza and for them bringing it to me. I received neither. I will not go back to this location. This is the 2nd time in a row my order was not correct. Instead i will drive a little further out my way to the location that always gets my pizza right.

Waited n hour on my pizza. When I went to ask for it they then started trying to make it. So food 0/10 Service 0/10 employees are extremely dismissive, every one of them has earpods in so u can only pray someone recognizes there's other human beings in the building other than them. Woman at the front counter will most definitely be using her earpods to have a full blown conversation, as she eyes rolls u as if you insulted her by ur presence. Atmosphere 0/10 absolute negligence of the entire staff. No leadership n site, which is odd cuz u should be able to identify who running the show but not here. Entire store appears to be run by high schoolers with not a single business minded individual in site. Recipe for disaster, if they could ever find the recipe to my pizza to begin with.

I just ordered a pizza for delivery they never delivered my pizza and I spent $35 and gave them a tip in advance I tried to call the African guy was very rude and hung up in my face this is so pathetic

I have been getting my pizza from this domino's for year's at this location. Tiara is the reason I continue to go to this location. She welcomes everyone with a smile as they walk in the door or call on the phone. Excellant customer service, and when you go inside this domino's you will see Tiara working expeditiously getting the orders ready. She makes sure every customer is happy with there order before they leave, and if you are not she makes it right. Excellant service from Tiara every time I go. Need more people like her.

Rude manager on the phone. Told me my pizza would take close to 2 hours due to one driver and I asked for any form of credit due to the inconvenience. The manager had a attitude so I asked for a refund. I went to Pizza Hut a few miles away.

Horrible experience! Ordered curbside and had to wait over 20 minutes after they said the pizza was done! As black people we gotta do better in how we treat and serve each other. Also I want my free pizza as dominos is advertising since my order was over 2 minutes late!

They are pleasant people who work hard as ever serving the whole neighborhood early mornings and late nights with BARELY any crew. TIP them more too.
