I regret to inform you that my recent food delivery experience with Joydon and Dakota was less than satisfactory. It appears that someone was careless. Upon inspection, it seemed as though the pizza had been handled carelessly, with incomplete cuts and ingredients scattered haphazardly. To add to my disappointment, I had already provided a gratuity to the delivery driver before receiving the order. It is disheartening to encounter such a situation, as it undermines the purpose of tipping for good service. I expect to be compensated and refunded.

Called to see what’s up and had the displeasure of speaking to a rude and nasty man on the other line - constant attitude when answering the phone (got hung up on once) and then asked me if I knew anyone that wanted a job as they only have one driver? We did not receive the correct order at first but the manager made it right, even delivering herself! We love this location. Even though it took a while to receive the correct order the customer service was on point. Thank you for making it right.

Terrible Dominos and I will never order from this store again. The delivery driver gave my food to a random person and they never tried to fix the issue. I never received my order. The stores phone is broken so don’t bother trying to reach out to them so unprofessional. When I tried to reorder my meal, my order was cancelled twice by a worker named DAKOTA as the app shows you who is preparing your order. It was only 11:21pm and they do not close until midnight. I spoke with the manager the following day and she refused to replace my order even with proof that I paid prior to contacting her. I will be ordering from Pizza Hut and Papa John’s from now on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
