I recommended this place to one of my good friends from out of town and the service was horrible. We not only had to seat ourselves but no one acknowledged us , we seated ourselves waitress , bartender and even management made eye contact and proceeded to work as if we weren't there. Their main focus were catering to customers who called in and placed orders for takeout. We never were seen and decided too leave after waiting over 30 mins.

There are thieves working at this location.I Placed my order online. The order was incorrect so I called before I went to pick up my order and was told they would have to cancel the order and rering it got to the store. They act like they canceled the order and told me it would be 7 to 10 business days before I would get my funds back. It's been well over that period and I still haven't got my money back. I've called the store. I've emailed corporate and I still haven't got my funds back. I will never order from here again

This is the worst pizza I have ever had. There was no cheese on the pizza and I did not select “no cheese” as an option. My pizza was literally dry & hard bread with toppings. Don’t even try to call the store and complain because the line will just disconnect each and every time. Very disappointed.
We just "Dec 20, 2023" tried to order pizza from this location. We tracked the order with the website and it eventually showed "delivered". We had not received our food. We checked the front and back doors and no pizza. From the Domino's website, they gave us the option to call the manager. A robot answers the phone and says "press one for English". We press one and the line drops. We tried this from multiple phones. We are out our $40 plus tip and we have zero recourse. Will NEVER order from this Dominos again.

I called in my order because I had purchased a Domino's card through a fundraiser. I wanted to make sure if I purchased an XL pizza that I would still be eligible to receive a L pizza for free. The lady informed me that I was still good to go. As soon as I arrived to this location, the lady was extremely rude, and denied access to my order. Her GM supported her by being equally as rude and denying access to my order. My son witnessed the entire interaction, and I had to inform him that some people are rude in life for absolutely no reason.

I just tried to order from this location. Food arrived 30 minutes late and some of the items were missing. When I called to complain, I was put on hold. I sat on hold for 12 minutes and decided to just leave a bad review and never order Dominos ever again.

Placed a order was told the wait time would be 25 minutes ,after and hour I called back was told they only have one driver and was going to call him to see where his location was and he would give me a call when he gets close... Another hour passed call again and they said my order should have arrived already and they would contact the driver and he should be giving me a call, 30 minutes went by, still no food or and no delivery made.. called again by this time I requested a refund they became very upset, informing me again about having one delivery driver and other customer complaints.. so I tried to compromise and ask .. why not tell people that it will be 2/2 half hours before they can receive their food..after i realized that they had no remorse or apology for their mistake.. it was clear i would not be ordering anything ..from people that handle situations in the manner they did... Finally got my order after almost 3 hours and the boxes were smashed on top.... SMH
