Don’t order online from this dominoes the delivery drivers steal tips although they get paid cash tips driver AUSTIN to be exact was tipped in cash and had my bf that was unaware he had him sign the receipt with the order being prepaid online and wrote in an extra tip for himself called in and told the then manager on floor was told I’d get a full refund which was never given they are thieves here and terrible problem solvers BEWARE before prepaying for orders they had me text in proof and everything and still did nothing and the driver probably still is employed there

Everyone that works at this location is a thief. I placed an order online for delivery. I tried talking to the delivery driver to tell him that he was going to the wrong location. The driver didn't speak any English at all. I tried calling the store in hopes of someone there being able to translate since it showed that he was taking my food back to the store. The store clerk hung up on me 3 times. The 4th time, they put me on hold...I'm still on hold 30 minutes later. So I have come to the conclusion that thus location is a SCAM stealing their customers money and time. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!!!!

They were having problems with their phone system I guess this was a delivery order and for them to have to holler my card number out across the store was a No-No! That should have never ever happened and I will never go to that Domino's again! The food was good like always when it was brought here and I can't fault the owner of the restaurant because they weren't there but I sure can fault the employees. If the owner gets to see this they need to be retrained!

I'm editing this because I have to mention that the last two times I ordered from this Domino's it was actually pretty decent The food was good the pizza was cooked fine(brownies are usually over cooked a bit. there was cheese on pizza both times. PLUS the delivery guy was even super helpful the last time I ordered because Uber Eats didn't give me the discount advertised to me and they adjusted it at the store so it charged me the proper amount in the end. So they definitely get SOME credit...... However This time is just awful. And I never read the reviews on here until now but I guess they're really well known for not adding cheese to pizza and how can you have pizza without cheese ???!!!I mean I get it, Dairy prices are up you know?,... it's expensive for dairy products right now but come on man you have to put cheese on pizza you can't just not put any or put the smallest amount that it doesn't even show it once it's cooked!! That's not cool. I ordered pineapple spinach with extra sauce and feta and provolone added. This is what I got. Looks like the only cheese in this is feta. This is the worst pizza I have ever ordered in my 40 years on earth. Wow. Just.... Wow.

They service suck I ordered for a brownie and it took them a whole hour to deliver!! And when I called they told me that she was leaving the store with my order so waited outside for the driver but the driver never came so when I looked back on the tracker page she pulled back to the store after already having me wait a whole 1 hr and 20 minutes for a one Brownie!!!!! I hate for people to loose they jobs but we need to come together and shut this location down. It's terrible. I ordered a pizza at 7:33 and the pizza didn't arrive till 10:02. I tried calling like 7 times and nobody would pick. I look at the reviews which was after l ordered and if l had known what l know now about this location l would have never ordered from here. The driver finally arrived holding my pizza and wings smoking a cigarette..smh, and pizza cold. I wouldn't recommend this place if anything RUN. BAD SERVICE. If l could rate it a 0 l would

It lacked cheese, which I find quite amusing and perplexing. Even after the pizza was remade, it remained unsatisfactory. The appearance suggested haste in preparation, with undercooked vegetables, excessive sauce, and a complete absence of cheese. It is evident that this location requires comprehensive retraining. Notably, the supervisor personally approved and boxed my pizza. While the delivery driver was courteous and pleasant, that is the sole reason for my two-star rating. The pizza arrived cold, with hard bread and undercooked vegetables. Both pizzas were inedible, and we discarded them entirely. The haphazard manner in which my pizza was assembled is clearly evident.

Worst experience i ever had at dominos i received my order an hour later after it was ready. i ordered for curbside they were taking a while to bring it out so i go in. when i go in there is 2 girls waiting and a man that seemed to be taken care of already. there are 4 workers rushing on orders and ignoring phone calls and customers clearly backed up. 40 minutes later 2 more workers show up and 1 started to answer calls and another went to check carryoit orders he grabbed my order that had been sitting there for a while first and started to take it to the car i asked was that for Tai and toon it from there. My order was complete at 6:43 and i didn’t receive it until 7:33. things on my order were incorrect but i just didn’t bother since they had already taken so long.

It's not just bad. These guys straight up do not even deliver your food and then refuse to issue a refund. The tracking app showed the driver just sitting in the store parking lot, for a solid 30 minutes, and then abruptly marked the order delivered. No food delivered.
When you try to call this place, they just don't answer the phone. Straight up refuse to answer the phone. I don't think I've ever seen any business, not just restaurants, as atrocious as this one. Will likely have to go through corporate or issue a charge back on my credit card to get a refund because this place will straight up not deliver your food and then refuse to take your call and issue a refund.
