I meant to least this comment a few months ago but I ordered a pizza from this dominoes that was not too far from my apartment. When the driver go to my house and gave me my order, she commented “you’re going to leave a tip right?” I said sure. I did feel offended due to the fact that you shouldn’t say that to customers. Customers have a right to tip or not tip if feel the need to especially if the customer does not live too far. I will never tip there again. I probably may never eat dominoes from there again either. It’s a shame because the store is in such a nice area. I’ll probably order from Pizza Hut from now on. I worked in customer service for 9 years as a manger and no one should ask questions like that. I hope you guys read this so you understand what customer service is for the later future.

Did not receive order until two hours after placing it. No update from store, no calls answered after three attempts, food was cold when we got it and was not prepared accurately. Horrible experience even for a college campus pizza chain

As I write the review, i am waiting for the pizza since the last 1.5hours. The estimated time just shows the local time and unable to track the order. Furthermore, the store doesn’t pickup the phone and so I have no clue what is happening. Absolute worst.

Absolutely the slowest delivery I have ever experienced in my life. Watch the driver come within 2 blocks and turn around just continue to add time to my delivery. Ordered at 11:32pm and it is 2:02am and not be delivered. Offered a free pizza for my order of 2 pizzas and a drink. Avoid this location at all cost!!!!!!
Update delivered at 2:14AM! Cold and garbage!
The drink was cold but that was only thing that they got correct.

Should have checked the reviews first. The food I ordered sat there for an hour before a driver even started moving, then after he left he just sat there stationary for another 30 minutes. An hour and a half after ordering, the food had barely left the store. I called several times and no one ever answered the phone. Ended up canceling the order completely. Horrible store, do not buy
