I typically never leave negative reviews, but by god, this place is the absolute worst. They consistently take your money, give you no food, and respond rudely when you call them out on it. It's a miracle there's not a lawsuit against these people for their robbery. On the rare occasion when they decide to actually deliver your food, it is over an hour late (sometimes 2), and is a burnt, messy, disgusting slop.I would give negative stars for this if I could. I wonder how this establishment is still allowed to function. Their employees are the worst people on the face of the earth.
When my order finally came the driver called to let me know he was outside the building he never came inside. He claimed that he was at the front which he was not. I told him it was okay tell me what he see's and I will come to him . He proceeded to yell at me and was rude and unprofessional over the phone. I told him again that I was walking out to him and I just left the front so I needed to know what he could see to pinpoint his location he didn't have to leave his vehicle since I was at a hotel downtown Austin there at not to many places one could be. He ended up being on the side lower level that clearly was dark and no signs of being open.Once I made it down and walked all the way around in the cold he continued to tell on the phone with a horrible attitude I had to call my boyfriend justonce I reached the car just to feel safe. Once I get there he takes his time getting out and he is towering over me. I say nothing to him because of his aggressive demeanor and attitude. He then shoved the boxes at me in an attempt to assault me with the pizza boxes. My boyfriend asked did I get a photo I said no because if he is willing to do that and he is bigger than me then he maybe willing to do something else and you can't get to me that fast and he can just drive off.He was a tall 6'2-6'3, black male, bald, white car, with rims, name on the driver tracker was Aguibou. I'll never order from them again or another place in that area. To be rude and nasty just for no reason and trying to assault a completely female stranger shows a level of anger that is unsettling. If for some reason that happens again I will contact local law enforcement and have him reported. No one needs to work with people if they are physically aggressive with the way things are in the world today.

Where's the owner OR CORPORATE? Who is allowing this trash customer service and trash quality? There is no reason my order should be processed if you don't deliver to my location, even though it's 2 miles away. There should be no reason the customer finds out hours later you're not delivering after order has been processed and funds processed. These employees are making Domino's look bad and the franchisee look worst. This is a disgusting site in need of a major turnover. TWO HOURS LATER, STILL NO FOOD DELIVERED. THANKS, DOMINO'S!

Ordered pepperoni sausage pizza and a BBQ bacon chicken side at 7p, app said 45 minutes. 1.5 hours later after being on hold and hung up on 3x for over 40 minutes waiting, the app updates that its being made, and stayed at being reviewed for 30min more minutes. An hour after that delivery guy showed up with wrong food, that was old n cold, said sorry and walked away, it was after 10p. Waiting on hold today for a refund again someone picks up phone and hangs up... gonna fight the charge on my card. Pictures of old cold food not what I ordered and call log
