This Domino’s is under new management & it’s better than ever! When I called after picking up an order with a few missing sauces, the GM Nico was very apologetic, then gave me credit for the sauces & the rest of the order.

Nico, the new GM has been the absolute best customer service representative I have ever interacted with! I have worked in the restaurant industry quite a lot and experienced the behind the scenes and obviously being a customer. He has been fantastic and extremely accommodating. As a night shift nurse, I tried to order food to the hospital one of the nights but they didn’t have any delivery drivers for the rest of the evening. Nico offered to give me my next meal on the house, in addition to providing an extra one for the inconvenience! He also threw in a few extra sides. Super accommodating and really wants to see the customers happy! Great guy

Changing my review as last time I went, customer service was awful, they did the order wrong and started yelling at me. I told the person to calm and ask why he yells and he was acting crazy and made me feel threated.
Don't go to this location, be safe. I reached dominos customer service and they did nothing!

Over an hour and twenty minutes for a delivery. Delivery was in my neighborhood but didn’t deliver my pizza. Was called back to the store to pick up other orders. Pizza arrived barely room temperature. I love Domino’s and have given my local store two opportunities to get it right. Major fail both times. Manager won’t answer my calls! Don’t waste your time.

This was the worst food order experience I ever had.
1. For two hours food didn’t arrive. When I called to ask the store guy yelled at me 2. Finally I had to go there myself to pick my pizza. 3. When I went to store I didn’t know I am not supposed to go on the side of register. But again the store guy yelled at me for walking next to the register. 4. I ordered one vegetarian pizza but they added chicken even in that so couple of people couldn’t even eat they were left hungry because of their mismanagement

Every time we’ve ordered something from this domino, either something is either undercooked, missing, or carelessly put together/delivered. On top of the extravagant wait time to receive your food. Do not order from here. The app wouldn’t let us even mention or request for refund on our most recent order, in which they forgot part of our order. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money.

I used to avoid this location, even though it was closest to my house because they never got my order right. They’ve recently undergone a management and staff change and thankfully that has improved all of my issues. I have now experienced only friendly greetings and perfectly made pizzas.

This place ALWAYSSSS has GREAT customer service!! I drive all the way from the other side of town to come here because I’m always going to get the best results when it comes to customer service quality of food and taste and texture of the food. The new GM NICO is such a positive bright spirit when you come in him and his team are always so happy to help and serve you regardless of how busy they are because often times they are very busy!!! I literally just ordered the day before and he remembered my face and everything lol. He has outstanding customer service, the best hands down!!!!
