I don’t normally post reviews for pizza delivery chains, but I gotta give credit where credit is due: this Domino’s Pizza makes great pies. The handmaid pan pizza was especially incredible. I ordered early evening on a Sunday and my order arrived within 20 to 25 minutes and I was able to track the driver, Willie (nice guy!), in real time with a link that was sent to me via email. Will definitely be ordering from this location again.

The one who responds to customers is very bad.. He tells me the order is at the door.. and I cannot find it.. On Friday, January 17, 2025.. I ordered home delivery and the pizza did not arrive and I paid the amount..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

For delivery, this is one of the worst intown Domino's. I've had nothing but trouble from them and have mostly been able to use pickup atbother locations. Pizza is always dry and tasteless, when they actually get the order right lol. Delivery is negligent: tonight they didn't even bother call or text or ring the doorbell.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:25pm, didn't go into the oven until after 6, then said delivered but the pizza never showed up. I tried to call the location but sat on hold for 30 minutes. Don't bother with this location

The worst location I have ever dealt with. I’ve been hung up on twice and put back on hold once while I was in the middle of talking. The children that clearly work there need some customer service training. I will never spend my money with dominos again due to this piss poor customer service. As a New Yorker, I’ve always been a dominos fan however tonight has completely turned me off. I’m almost tempted to drive up there and have a face to face conversation because this is beneath unsatisfactory. I’ve had so many wrong orders from this location and was told that the next time I order a pizza it would be free. The woman working tonight who claims to be the manger has been nothing more than rude. If this is what dominos stands for, I’ll take my business else where smh.

Ordered a large thin crust online, and they called and said they can’t do it. So they gave us 2 mediums instead. But we only received 1. After calling and telling them they told us they would deliver the second pizza. It has been hours and we still have not received it. Awful service. Just want pizza!

Customer service was cool, but never have I been charged for crushed peppers. They told me $1 for a packet of crushed peppers to go on a pizza that I ordered from them. I’m assuming it’s $1 for Parmesan packets as well.
My family and I have ate at this domino’s for years. I’d say they are consistent, I’ve only had one mishap they received an order for 100pizzas or something. We got our food like 3 hours late. We’ve ordered at least 200 times the ratio of receiving the correct order, in a timely manner typically 30 minutes to a hour of ordering.
The wings will sometimes have minimal sauce but are so good it’s worth the risk to try for those saucy boiiis so I order it everytime, cinnamon thingys appear to sit really long and aren’t that fresh every time… if you order on a non busy day (when people don’t get paid) you will get fresh food extremely fast. I’m promise when the food hits!’ Pizza tastes so fresh, bruhhh crust so good, cheesyyyy, delicious food that you need for those movie nights with the kiddos.
Now why is it 5 stars if the food is bussin like every other time we order. These drivers are cool, respectful, and they try their best to make delivery’s on time. One kid literally got bit by a dog at the house prior to ours. He brought my pizza with his hand all bleeding and wrapped up. I tipped him $50 because the dedication. The blood, sweat, and tears, it took to deliver my 7 layers of cheese pizza. Job well done! Ayy shame to the owner of that pup!
This amazing crew of drivers strive to provide great service. My guy enjoys music bruh be jamming when he pulls up with your fooood so you know he is outside. And it makes my day every time! Enjoy life, enjoy music, enjoy this Domino’s!

Went here late at night, service was excellent and food was good! Person taking our order was super friendly. Pizza was ready for us to carry out in less than 15 minutes. The pepperoni cheese bread wasn't the best, but the thin-crust pepperoni and sausage pizza was amazing. Best Domino's I've ever had!
