Worst place ever. Ordered ahead and still came 2 hours later. Never called about arriving at my job place so sat in valet for 30 mins before I even found out it was at valet!!! So the food is cold! My lunch is over!!! And manager will not allow refunds! Don’t order at this location

I was very disappointed with my recent order. The pizza appeared to be rushed and poorly prepared, as if it was thrown together at the last minute. I ordered a pizza with cheese, chicken, and spinach, but it was overwhelmingly covered in sauce with very little of the requested toppings. Several slices contained sauce only, with no cheese, chicken, or spinach at all. This did not meet the quality or consistency I expect from Domino’s, and I hope this feedback helps improve future orders.

The customer service their employees provide is shameful. I walked in and all three employees looked at me and then turn their backs and went back to what they were doing. No greeting, nothing. And it was not busy. I had to say “excuse me” after a minute waiting thinking someone was going to come up to the counter and when I did the guy just pointed to someone at the back who also had looked up when I walked in saw me standing and then went back to what they were doing. 0/10 recommend

Really deserve 0 stars. Definitely see why this location holds a 3 star, and that’s being generous. Absolutely no customer service, inconsistent, and whichever female answers the phones for this location lacks knowledge and obviously hates her job. Whomever owns this location needs to train their employees asap. Only upside has been the delivery drivers we’ve had, I’ll say that much. They have been respectful and I don’t have anything bad to say about them. The rest needs serious work.

No matter what you do, in my case ordering 3 hours ahead, the staff will not start making your order until you step in the door. I placed an order for 4 pizzas and sides at 3pm for a 6:15 pickup. When I arrive at 6:15 the staff looks at me like I'm crazy for asking for my order when I ordered it. Immediately the man at the front just says nervously that they just started making it. I would never recommend anyone order pizza here if you're looking for it quickly or on time at all

We've ordered food here a few times and each time we have ordered they gave us cold food. When we try calling they don't even stay on the phone they will pick up the phone and then hang up.
Waited in curbside for over 25 minutes , while the employees listen to headphones and talk. Eventually, I had to go in and get it myself. Wont be returning.
