Service was awful, ordered a pizza. Waited for 4 hours for it. Stayed on hold for 2hours after that. When I arrived, minimum interaction and only 1 worker. I was told that they were trying to call people who ordered and tell us they didn’t have a driver. But told me they hadn’t made my pizzas and it would take 20 mins to get them ready. There were 10 + people who were experiencing the same service. Another worker arrived , but was not coherent and touched pizzas with his hands. I had to ask him if to touch my pizza with my hand . Took another 1 hour to get the food.

shahada was my delivery person and i never received my food. i’ve been in class all day. i waited 2 hours for my food and imagine my surprise when it said “enjoy your order” and no one called, texted, knocked on my door or anything. 2 hours. no food. everything is closed now so i have to go to bed hungry. if you don’t want to deliver don’t sign up for it. very disappointed because 2 hours was already insane but the money was spent. but to wait around and not receive any thing in hangry and sad. do better.

I ordered $40 worth of pizzas around midnight, (I live 4 minutes from the location I was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes (before close). The order shows it was started by diamond. However the order went from prep to complete without the pizzas never leaving the store. I called right at 1sm over and over but they were closed by the time the call connected. I never received my order or refund when I requested it online after hanging up.

Terrible! I walked in to pick up an online order, nobody greeted or acknowledged me. Everyone was “busy”.. one girl on her phone..I stood there waiting for 3 mins, until the nice delivery man who walked in and asked if Ive been help.. never ordering here again!

Horrendous. Store wont answer phone. Automated system said pizza delivered when it HAD NOT been. Pizza delivered to hotel lobby two hours late and delivered cold and not made as ordered. Threw it in trash.
I placed an online delivery order containing only two items and it took over two hours to be delivered. After about an hour I attempted to call the store to ask if I was able to just come pick it up but no one answered the phones. I’m not sure if they are understaffed but I will absolutely never order from here again. It just takes way too long.
