I ordered a pizza and the delivery time was 8:46 PM. I was watching on the tracker and the driver rode past my street and went a different direction. Stopped at a Taco Bell and sat for over 20 minutes then looped around went another direction, and finally started to come towards my house about 9 PM. As soon as she gets two blocks from my home, she stops and then the order is marked complete. I contact Dominos and never did get anybody on the phone. A few minutes later, she pulls up with my pizza. When I open the box, it was in disarray .

Placed an order for delivery online was told they were not accepting cash payments. Paid with Apple Pay . When the driver arrived my friend went outside to receive the pizza and unknowingly paid the driver $45 in cash. When I contacted the store the manager refused to get on the phone. I been dealing with customer service for going on a month now and still haven’t gotten my money back. Pretty sure the driver pocketed the money and the manager is avoiding making this right. The customer service hotline is always experiencing high volume calls and it takes about an hour to get someone to pick up the phone then they just take your information and say they have created a case. Throw the hole establishment away . I used to order once a week not ordering ever again from these people they have no idea what customer service is .

Attitudes are disgusting I went in to order a pizza was told on the app it was ready I came in for pick up and the lady at the counter was so nasty they told me 10 min came back in still not ready no apologies nothing I come here all the time but I won’t be back I refuse to give this establishment my money.

The food was good the service was poor put my order in online in they said it will be ready in 20 minutes I got there 30 minutes later my order had not even been made so I had to wait another 30 minutes they had three workers and only two was actually doing work. So between 9:00 and 11:00 if you put your order in at 8:00 p.m. no that your order might not be ready until 11:00 at the one on Bouldercrest Road in Atlanta Georgia.Kid-friendliness: Only kid friendly if you coming in to pick up a pizza pasta or whatever you order no dining area so it's not an eat in Diner service and I have not used delivery serviceWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair service

I ordered on 11-1-23 at 8:11pm. The delivery driver called me at 12:37am to deliver the order and I still never got my order!!! I want a REFUND ASAP!!!!
This place is slow , they never answer the phone !! I’m mad my kids hungry and gotta wait 2 hours to get pizza that’s literally 5 mins down the street from me !! If them ppl don’t want to work they need to find a better hobby ! I’m definitely calling corporate !! Something need to be done

Horrible in every way. Took 1 hour and fifteen minutes to get my cold pizza with the wrong toppings. I was 8 minutes away. When you call to see what's going on you get electronic message that says order waiting for a driver. I was trying pinpoint delivery for first time. Deleted app off my phone. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Currently on hold with them. Ordered delivery at 1:04 pm it is now 2:35 pm. I’ve called several times tried to report.. Nothing!! My order was around $30, I tipped $4, I know it’s not much of a tip but I expected better customer service. Refund PLEASE!!

Order never arrived, location appears to not have a manager because we've gone into the location twice and they said only a manager can help but they don't have one.If you're hungry, order somewhere else because they are yet to provide a refund or a pizza.
