Domino's Pizza

They seem to have cut back on how much of the pie they cover. There was at least 2 inches of the rising crust that normally gets covered with the sauce, cheese and toppings… wish I didn’t prepay in the app so that I could reject the order. More bread than pizza.

I ordered when I arrived and my order took 10minutes to be made. They do charge extra for sauces and they don’t have plates to give for the pizza. Pizza was good.

I’ve been on hold for 17 min. My food wasn’t delivered. The website only gives an option to get a new pizza.

The app said they delivered my pizza but I was waiting in my lobby since I ordered it and no one showed up. Love being ripped off. And of course no one at the location answers their phones.

I requested to have my order delivered to Grand Hyatt in Atlanta. An hour after the order was placed, I still haven't received my order it was also pasted the delivery time. I went down to the front desk to see if they left my food at the front desk. I was advised NO by both the front desk and the valet. So I call the Domino's to see what was going on. A Guy by the Name of Herbert Robinson answer the phone, he contacted the delivery driver which was named Matthew(could be mistaken), and he stated that he dropped it off at the front desk because they are not allowed to come up. So I went back down stairs again to get my food. When I got down there, they stated that no Domino's employee has been to this hotel. So I call Domino's back, waited on hold for 15 minutes and was hung up on. Called back and spoke with Mr. Robinson again, he stated that he can only go by what the delivery driver said, and he said the items were delivered. I advised him that I went down again and the front desk has not even seen Domino's. He stated again, well the delivery driver said he left it at the front on a table and maybe someone have picked it up. So, I asked, it's it my fault that someone else could've picked up my order because per the email that was received at the time of ordering, stated that they would call me directly once they have received the hotel. Mr. Robinson then stated that he have a delivery to The Grand Hyatt and he will speak with the front desk when he gets here to verify. At this time it's going on an hour and a half after I ordered my food. I stated ok, and advised him to call me once he reach the hotel so I can come down as well. Mr Robinson came (never called to say he was here) and spoke with the front desk and they told him they never came. Come to find out, Matthew actually delivered to Hyatt Place instead of Grand Hyatt. Mr. ROBINSON left and then called and told me it was delivered to the wrong address(Hotel). At this point it has been 2 hours and 15 mins AFTER I ordered the food, he stated they will remake the food. At this point I don't want it because you gave me the run around for 2 hours and 15 which is absurb. I requested a refund via Mr Robinson and he stated that he will left the manager know that I requested a refund. I have yet to hear back or receive my money back.

I ordered delivery from here. The order never came and I never received a refund. It took 3 weeks to get “general manager” on phone. At that time he told me it was too late to do anything about it. Love close by so ordered here a few times but Will not go to this location again, clearly my business wasn’t appreciated.

The smell alone was not pleasant around the store.all the toppings was not covered. The inside need more remodeling.

What a messed up night. Waiting for food that never showed up, driving to the location, and then waiting an additional 30 minutes for a replacement order is just terrible! Will never order from here again!

Just don't! I hate to say that I have never had a good experience at this particular location. The staff is unnecessarily rude, especially the Manager (explains the rudeness of the other staff). There's no desire to assist the customer or even show 1 ounce of empathy. They are rude even when you are nice to them (and YOU'RE the one that is dissatisfied).
They need to add an option in the app and on the web that allows you to confirm if the delivery time will work for you. I live almost around the corner from this location (literally 5 minutes away) and the delivery time was an over hour out from my order time. I understand that they are understaffed (heck I can probably guess why) but at any rate, I called to inquire if there was anyway to get the food before an hour out, as I was leaving for an event and had hoped to take the food with me, and the time frame in which delivery was showing was after the time that I need to leave (couldn't see the delivery time until after I'd placed my order). Instead of apologizing for not being able to meet my needs I got attitude, short responses and no "you're welcome" when I said thank (nicelY) AND an immediate hang up. I considered contacting HQ but for what...given the number of negative reviews listed here I'm sure it will fall on ears that don't care to hear. I am just going to pivot to Enzo's or PizzaHut or another local Pizzeria, maybe if enough of us take our little dollars someplace else, this location will close.

I've ordered plenty of dominos from all over the country. This one by far is the worse. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my order. By the time I got it, it was cold and dry. Bar
ely any sauce after I ordered extra. Simple pizza and cheese bread. The pizza was done 20 minutes after ordering, but took another hour to deliver.
