Terrible, apathetic service. Would NOT recommend or ever order from this one again. Zero stars if it were possibleI made an order last year. I know I'm late on the review, but that's because I spent all this time waiting to be contacted by the manager. I called to cancel the order not even two minutes after it was placed. I spent the next half hour on hold over seven consecutive phone calls only to hear the employee physically pick up the phone and hang it up without a word. I contacted their corporate office and the store claims to have refunded my order, that is a lie. The manager also refuses to reach out to me(they have my contact) nor can I ever get a hold of them when I reach out myself. I was a regular customer up until that incident. I know it's just a Dominos and what more can I expect, but come on now.

I totally get that it was the Superbowl BUT you can't tell someone "only 1 to 5 minutes!" for a whole hour. Because after an hour, you no longer believe "1 to 5 minutes!" and you leave! Bad business. Bad management. Bad, bad, bad. (Can't comment on the actual pizza. Went to McDonald's 1/4 mile away and got tasty, hot fast food in under 60 seconds.)

I’ve used this location numerous times for delivery. I’ve had a couple of times with a wrong topping or a slice with no toppings but I’ve never complained. I’m officially DONE with this location. My pizza upon ordering through the app was to be delivered in 35 to 45 minutes. The “tracker” stayed on checking my pizza for almost an hour. Finally it’s out for delivery 1 hour and and 7 minutes after ordering. I live within 5 minutes of this location. A few minutes later tracking says driver has pulled up. I wait and wait. Oh no, says it was delivered? Not to me. I tried calling the store. As others have mentioned, they don’t answer. Tired of waiting I get undressed when there is a knock at my door. It was my delivery person. Tried to tell me it automatically says delivered when they pull up to a residence. Odd, NEVER has happened before tonight. I took the pizza (had tipped in app) Please tell me this is not real, my pizza is cold, not barely warm, COLD! It also had a piece with no toppings? I tried again to call the store, no answer. I did the “complaint” in the app and it asked if I wanted a “free pizza” or 20% off the NEXT time I order. I declined the offer which was an option because there’s not going to be a next time. I should have read these reviews and there would have never been a first time. Some of them made me feel ? for ever ordering from them.

We been ordering once a week from this location for months. Pizza is great and always done quickly (we pick it up). Occasionally, I get cheese on my no-cheese pizza. Apart from that, the experience is great.

I can’t make this up. I ordered a large pizza and they attempted to charged $2.14 for parmesan and red pepper to go along with my pizza. I politely declined. If this is what we have come to I will just stick with higher end establishments. There are many other pizza places right here within a .5 mile radius I would strongly advise you to go to one of those.

This was a delivery order. It took nearly 2 hours for the pizzas to arrive. They were cold and disgusting looking when they arrived, looking like they been in the back of a van for a week. Plus, they messed up the order. The pizza was horrible tasting, as if all the ingredients were old and thawed out from having been frozen for a few decades. The pizzas with the toppings, literally, had no flavor, sort of like shoving dried white rice in your mouth--yum, yum! No, not at all. No flavor. There are so many good mom and pop pizza shops in Sandy Springs that are fantastic, why on Earth buy Domino's? Never again. They suck. It's kind of like Bidenomics--sounds good, but in the end you realize what mistake it is.

Ok pizza. Bad customer experience. Ordered Friday night dinner from them and the tracker said that my order was ready. However, they didn't start making it until I got to the restaurant. I'm disappointed. Why have a "live" tracker when it's not accurate.

Horrible Horrible service. Ordered a pizza and pasta. Quoted delivery 35-45 minutes. Tracker says the order was completed in less than 15 minutes (Great!). Ordered stayed in "Quality Check" for 48 more minutes. Then order went to Delivery mode. In 2 minutes the order was marked Complete and Delivered! Never heard from the driver - no text - no email. Driver never showed. 20 minutes later I get an email that the delivery was not as expected and offered a discount if I ordered in the next 7 days! Unaccepatable, as they already charged me! I wanted a refund if I didn't get the pizza. I called six times that night, anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes of recordings and never got a person. Called the toll free number - that is only for ordering I was told - they transferred me to the store - recordings again but no human. I tried again the next day three more times - no human. I disputed the charge with my bank.I tried to order again this week (stupid me), this time saying cash on delivery - I'm not giving them more money with food. Sorry, but they require advance payment on anything over $35.I guess they've lost my business forever!
