The customer service was horrible I ordered from this store the delivery driver told me he was outside I went to the door he was not there and when I called the manager to tell him he got disrespectful and hung up on me and told me I could not order from the store.

Ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread and a salad online. Arriving for pickup the salad i ordered was not in stock very disappointing. But the customer service was top notch she made everything right and took care of the item out of stock. The cheese bread was good but the pizzas seemed off to me I think it was the sausage like it was old or something. So I did throw the pizzas away. Eating there a few times the pizza is normally good.

Please read thoroughly and do not order from this loaction, as the foreign workers and managers don't understand customer service. I ordered 14 pizzas online for a church event, the day before we had the event and called the store to ensure the order was correct. After speaking with the manager, he assured me the order will be filled in a timely manner and the all pizzas will be there at 12:30pm.
The day of the event, I called at 11:30am to check on the order and ensure the pizzas will be delivered at 12:30pm. Once again, a foreign employee with a heavy accent answered the phone and stated the pizzas will be there.
The time hits 12:30pm and of course the pizzas weren't there, as no one from the loaction is answering the phone. The phone rung for 15 mins with no answer, so I called again and a foreign employee finally picks up the phone and states the pizzas will be delivered in 10 mins and the time was 12:45pm.
The employee totally lied, as the delivery driver called me back 10 mins later, stating he was on his way and just finished bagging up the pizzas. After another 20 mins of waiting, the pizzas arrived at 1:13pm, with no apology from the manger or the employee who answered the phone.
Hopefully, after reading this you will choose a different location or company who can provide better customer service within the community. Dominos, if you don't want to provide customer service and food for those in this zip code, please shutdown this loaction, where another pizza chain can service the area.

The worst customer service and delivery possible. The tracker showed my order as delivered but it was not. I called the location multiple times before finally getting an answer, only to deal with a rude and unhelpful staffer. She offered no assistance and I truly think she was playing on the phone so that customers wouldn’t call back. The delivery driver didn’t follow instructions and when he finally reached out, I had to go locate him in the subdivision in the rain to retrieve my now cold food. Horrible all the way around. Corporate and/or the franchise owner needs a complete revamp of this location and it’s customer service.

On 06/30/25 I placed an order for delivery I was using the tracker to keep track of my order when I placed my order I included delivery instructions “I AM DISABLED PLEASE COME TO BACK DOOR LEFT OF THE GARAGE” according to the tracker I went to the door as soon as it said my delivery driver was on the way the tracker said the driver was to arrive in 4 minutes I waited by my door and to my knowledge the driver never showed up even though the tracker said my order had been delivered I never heard the driver and I never received an alert in the app or a text and the driver never rang the doorbell and the delivery was made to the front door not the back like I requested and my order was just sitting on the porch unattended and one of the boxes in my order had need tampered with by a squirrel and my food was exposed by the damage to the box I tried to call dominos and never got to speek to anyone even after waiting on hold for an hour so be wary when placing an order because the drivers may or may not act properly attached to this review is a picture of the damage caused by the squirrel that tampered with my food and when I tried to contact the store about my experience I was on hold for 49 minutes and no one evere answered the phone

Please Just ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELESE. This place has the most rudest individuals in the food service industry. Placed and Oder online. Wait 1 hour for food. I never received anything. When I called the store, the individual who was to deliver my food argued aggressively and loudly over the phone. I kept asking for a manager and he kept yelling and and getting louder stating he did deliver. Sir I would not be making this call if I actually received my order. I asked for refund but manger said I can’t get a refund and he can only resend another Oder. I don’t want another order. I can’t see myself spending money here again. So disappointed

This dominos is absolutely horrible. They always get our order wrong and they aren’t very hygienic either. We watched them handle cash touch on the computer screen then go and handle pizza dough and toppings without ever washing their hands or using gloves. We also witnessed them being rude to an elder customer who had a simple question about earning rewards points. I am done ordering from them. They honestly need to be shut down.
