I just ordered 2 pizzas from this location and a driver named Towanda delivered them to me. I recognize the driver because she delivers to my location quite often. I usually don’t have any issues with her and I even tip her but, today my experience was unacceptable. After receiving my order I opened one of the boxes to find that a few pieces were missing from my pizza. I don’t know if Towanda ate them or another employee before giving it to Towanda but, someone definitely ate some of my pizza. I reported the issue on the app but, was only offered a free pizza. I then tried to contact the store just for an aromatic system to answer, have me hold for an extended period of time, and then hang up on me. I can never get a manager let alone an employee on the phone at this location. That is why I always order online. I’m grateful for the replacement pizza however, I don’t think that’s enough. I need to be able to discuss this incident with an actual person vs a robot and there needs to be some sort of consequences and further compensation. You don’t just eat from someone’s food and then deliver it like it’s normal. That’s disgusting and at this point I don’t even want Towanda to deliver to my house ever again because I don’t trust her with my food now.
Marie, Niesha, & Kieth are TOP TIER! They went above and beyond for me and my delicious pizza experience! Will definitely be coming back to this establishment! Very friendly, fast and helpful.

We ordered our food at 12:15 pm and at 1:40 pm we still have gotten our order. I called and was put on hold for over 10 minutes! I do not recommend anyone ordering from this place! their service is absolutely horrible!

I placed an order today and I realized that i ordered the wrong crust for the pizza. I called to see if it would be any recourse nothing was offered. I do understand it was my mistake. Customer service was just horrible...a woman answered dominoes.. What's your address? I told her my address and then I had to repeat it.. Then she stated that's what you ordered...I told her it was a mistake she said okay and then hung up(.) I won't be back.

I placed an order tonight and somehow the delivery person forgot to grab my pizza. I called and the young lady was very professional even though I was upset she assured me that they would send someone else out and send my pizza that was missing. My kids depend on me and I had to make sure their tummies was full. This was my first time trying Dominoes and they did a good job! They made sure my pizza came and they provided outstanding customer service I will order here again. Thanks

If I could give zero stars I would I did an online order at 1:20ish and did not receive my order until 4pm. I called to cancel after 2 hours and the store associate said it would probably be an additional 40 minutes before the pizza was delivered. I needed to feed my child so I had to pick up another pizza from Marco’s for myself. Please be aware of this place they are terrible and don’t trust them for delivery. I highly do not recommend this establishment!!!!!

This is a terrible service. We have ordered twice from here, and both were bad experiences. The first time we made the mistake of choosing curbside delivery, they never came out.The second time, they charged us extra for extra toppings we wanted, but then didnt add the extra toppings, scamming us out of money. We called to mention the mistake and they didnt answer the phone, then hung up when we were on hold before ever speaking to us. When I contacted corporate about it, they said the local management would contact us. We waited, they didnt. Contacted corporate again, they promised contact again. It's been over two weeks and still nothing. They clearly don't take pride in running their business and I will no longer be purchasing from them.
