Hard to decide which is best, the food or the people. Tell you what, go order the OG Cubano and while you're at it, have a conversation with Joel and Mike and then you decide. Whichever you choose, you'll be going back again for either or both.
Now I just got to figure out how to put a GPS tracker on their food truck so that whenever I feel the urge, I can just hunt them down lol

I ordered a sandwich at their food truck then got an emergency call from our little one's daycare and had to run. Don Faustos literally sprinted through the parking lot to bring me the sandwich as I was driving off! Everything ended up okay at day care and the sandwich was awesome.

I am still confused by any stars that are less than four. I'll keep it short. The sandwiches are great, authentic, plenty of food for the money, and just overall really good. And the service? Just a couple of guys and they do a perfect job of being polite and whatever else you might expect from a couple of people running a food truck. Nothing at all to complain about. I'm going to guess that perhaps some of these negative reviews are from people who have a personal issue for one reason or another with the owners. Bought my words, these are damn good sandwiches and really nice people.
