Horrible service. I’ve never received such bad service at an establishment. We waited over 10 mins to be greeted by someone. Once we were greeted, the server with the blonde hair approached us in such a rude manner. She did not introduce herself and proceeded to say “Has anyone helped ya, what do you want .” As we stated our order she seemed like she was in such a rush. The restaurant was not busy. I ignored her bad service and as time flew by the manger Daniel greeted every table and skipped ours purposely which is unacceptable for a manager. Once he overheard me say something and make eye contact with him he tried to acknowledge us. The server never checked on us for hours. Absolutely no hospitality. Given the manager Daniel behaves the same way, it makes sense why the server was very rude and unwelcoming. You never know who anyone is especially when social media has such a huge impact on society. Luckily for them I wasn’t recording content . Such a beautiful view but won’t be back. Needs new management.

We visited Bellyard for the first time. Pamela was so wonderful. She let us know what to get and ensured we enjoyed our lunches. We sat at the bar and Pamela wasn’t even our bartender. She went above and beyond ensuring we had a great experience (which we did).

Well, it was nice but could have been better .. cocktails were good .. we ordered the hush puppies and as you can see in the picture below they were burned to death and didn’t taste as good as we expected .. garlic fries were ok and the chipotle sauce that comes with it was too good .. atmosphere was ok … parking is free for first 30 mins and we got to pay 15$ for the next 2 hours as per the app .. but later when I tried to pay for the next hour it showed as free .. not sure how it’s supposed to work, may be bcoz it was a weekend it showed free ..!

Awful service. We got in on a saturday night and looked lost immediately. There is no host, so it’s open seating but nobody helped us or interacted with us. Ton of wait staff and they all make eye contact but won’t speak up. Same goes with ordering. We sat on the patio waiting for someone to show up for 25 mins. Eventually we gave up and left! Waiting staff needs to reconsider their priorities ie. service!Great views, awful service.

This is one of my favorite bars in Atlanta but the last couple times I’ve been, the ambiance is not there, can’t hear the music, the service wasn’t that great either. I liked when the patio area was open with no roof. Not sure if the roof can slide over or not but loved the roofless patio they had before.

It was a terrible experience, I went with a friend and the waitress treated us unkindly, she never brought my coffee, I reminded her twice that I had ordered coffee and she said to wait, she never did. Train your staff.

The DrawBar is located in West Midtown just outside of Atlantic Station, at corners of Howell Mill District & 14th streets. On Mezzanine level. Great food, great Service, great atmosphere! Strict serving hours and menu so please read menu before arriving. My favorite Brunch dishes are is the Catfish & grits, Steak & eggs & Avocado toast. Simply the best plates to accompany their signature cocktails.
