Here to get take out order at 4:30 and was told by 5:30 it would be ready it is now here it is going on 6 o’clock the food is still not ready and lady with short hair at the counter is rude and not welcoming I said “hi” when I entered she didn’t respond

Been coming here for nearly 9 years and came in today and apparently they have new owners. Wings were ill seasoned, fries were extra soggy and they have really hiked up their prices smh not sure if I’ll be back again tbh. Glad to see I’m no the only reviewer seeing it too

I had my daughter pick up 2 6pc wings lemon pepper wet xrtra crispy. They were not crispy and very little lemon pepper fries were old and the wings were so small I thought it was a 3pc smh one of the wings looks like a bone covered with skin (that's suppose to be a wing next to the ones eaten smh, a fried bone) ...cmon now... that's just taking advantage of people! I called them about it, then they start pretending they don't speak ENGLISH. I won't be back as they SUCK!!! That's why I should have cooked my own!

Dream Wings food is always fresh, especially the veggies. The Server is Experienced and Courteous.

Ordered a salad and the cheese was old 3 different colors I have patronized this location for 3 years never seen cheese with white spots on it. I asked for him to take my salad and he said no get your money back. No customer service there at all
The customer service is by far mediocre acceptance and the rapport with customers is not compassionate, or warming. There is always a disdain in the way customers are handled and the food itself is mediocre and customers leave feeling short-changed as a result. Compassion alone, doesn't show up, yet the feeling of payment and leaving seems paramount. I have decided to not patronize this establishment anymore as a result of the above mentioned. I have no idea if this is a cultural issue or a personal issue; but one needs to be able to arrive at the community that they serve, and this establishment has no duality of doing so or changing the tactics of improving it's customer service or customer relations.

Someone should teach the very rude Asian guy at the counter some good customer service. How is his business still open with this poor customer service experience?
Wings were tiny and way over cooked. No where to eat inside. Bad customer service. Would do 0 stars if possible. Don’t come here if you’re in Atlanta area.

Very rude Asian guy at the counter , price is inconsistent , said he wasn’t making my food before I paid and I didn’t trust it because I’ve never eaten here before and it looked sketchy inside . I’m sure they are breaking some kind of health code violation just from the look of inside
