I have visited this location several times. Overall, a great spot for grab-and-go items. However, the made to order items, such as the smoothies and oatmeal bowls, are not as consistent. My main hesitation to visit this location, despite the solid food quality, is the staff. Twice now I have been made fun of by the staff for my order choices/dietary preferences. Granted, I’m ordering directly off the menu that that offer, so I’m not sure why my choices are so humorous. Going forward, I will choose delivery or a different location.

Dtox products are great but this location is terribly managed. The store is randomly closed at times it’s posted hours say it’s open. I tried to place a delivery order and then call to pay for a few items that are not on GrubHub and the manager said she could not take my credit card over the phone for security reasons. I asked her what that meant and her response was that she couldn’t verify who I was. I already placed an order with my name on it and with the same card; she was not thinking logically at all. Thank goodness for the WholeFoods locations because this one needs new management.

I came here after a workout class for a smoothie to freshen up. Modern looking little place and the person behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. The person who’s in charge of making smoothies though, she waited to get everyone’s order to go back and make at the same time. I ordered first and there were 4 people behind me ordering. She waited to collect all of their orders before she went back to make them. My total wait time was 17 mins since I ordered. It was ridiculous! For the high price they charge, I would expect them to make orders as they come and as timely as possible. Tropical smoothie is better than them. Disappointed and will not return.

Super cute spot & the employees were extremely friendly, however, I wasn’t pleased with the matcha latte. The smoothie was good but nothing groundbreaking. I wouldn’t mind going back to try another smoothie, but I don’t recommend the matcha latte.
