The person was on the phone when I approached and didn’t even acknowledged me until I started talking. He also was extremely unfriendly! I ordered a matcha and it tasted awful (might also be because I asked for coconut milk) so I went back in asked if he can redo it and he was so annoyed. Gave me my matcha I said thank you and he just walked off all annoyed like a little teenager. Matcha was okay the second time… service not so much…

I’m writing to share my experience at your Johnson’s Ferry location today, August 19th, this morning at 8:40 AM. When I arrived, there was one customer waiting for a shake. I simply wanted to buy a juice that was already made — I just needed to be checked out so I could get to work.
When I asked the employee in the back if she could check me out, she looked at me, rolled her eyes, and hit me with a long, dragged-out “yeaaahhhh” — full of attitude — before turning her back on me. She made no effort to help, even though ringing me up would have taken less than a minute. That kind of multitasking is part of good customer service, but instead she chose to ignore me.
I was so disgusted by her behavior that I left without making a purchase. The laziness and unprofessionalism I experienced do not reflect well on your company. I definitely will continue to go out of my way to other locations just to avoid this employee and terrible experience, and I may even find a new detox shake place altogether.

Stan is who usually helps me and he's very professional and is the bright light at Dtox! Stan goes over and beyond in putting a smile on the consumers face! We appreciate you Stan!

I did the 3 day dtox and it was well worth the money! I didn’t feel uncomfortable in any way. I wasn’t running to the bathroom constantly. It completely reset my body. I stopped craving sweets. I got rid of all the waste piled up in my intestines. I kicked my energy drink habit too. Oh.. and lost 12 pounds in those three days. It was a very positive experience.

I love Dtox but you guys have to staff up at this location. Waiting in line 20 minutes on a Sunday morning during coffee rush to place my order plus another 10 minutes for my order to be ready does not meet the high bar that other juicing/smoothie establishments set in today’s world. Please staff up for a better customer experience.
