I really hate to write this type of review but it has to be done…I LOVE the donuts at this shop. They are literally 1 of n) favorite dessert spots. You should try them… if they’re ever open for you to do so.They make up their own store hours, daily. What’s on google is never accurate. Even if you call to confirm that they’re open, you can get there and see a hand written sign saying they’re closed or decided to close @ noon.This is not a singular experience for myself. Whenever I go, myself and atleast half dozen of other people are turned away by a locked door. Eventually, we will all stop trying to come and find a new place to frequent. Obviously they don’t really want to sell donuts lol.Buckhead is a great market, but the city is busy, there is constant traffic so imagine fighting 30 min of traffic to consistently be disappointed. I’m done with this location and I won’t be recommending it to anyone either.

Incorrect Online Information and Disappointing Customer ServiceI have had multiple opportunities to visit this establishment in recent weeks, and I am unfortunately disappointed to share my experience. Firstly, the online information regarding the opening hours of this place appears to be inaccurate, as I repeatedly found it closed when I attempted to visit, despite the hours displayed online.Furthermore, my last visit was marked by an unpleasant interaction with a staff member. The individual in question, whom I noted for their very unusual eyebrows, clearly had little inclination to provide quality customer service. This contrasts sharply with the pleasant experience I had with the Donut preparers, who were delightful and helpful.I want to emphasize that my intention here is not to discredit the entire establishment but rather to highlight the need for accurate online information updates and proper customer service training for the staff. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the overall customer experience.

This place is delicious!! They make each donut to order. Talk about fresh! Nothing better than hot, ready to eat donuts! I got these for a kids birthday and they were a big hit for both kids and adults.

Circles of Homemade Dreams. The most Yummy Donuts you ever had made right before your eyes. One is not Enough. 3 for me, Please! I tried 2 and needed another for later. You will always comeback for more. Well made coffee and other items. Choose you dreamy taste sensation. I like the Yummy Pumpkin ones.

Best donuts ever!!! The Oreo and cinnamon roll are my favorite. I tried the bacon donut and it’s really good. Four stars only because on three of the four separate occasions I have come by, they were closed early. I’m just going to assume they close at 12pm now.

My Son and I visited this little cute donut place by curiosity..and boy we were not disappointed. We Loved the vibe and you can watch your donut being made fresh right in front of you. They have lots of choices which makes it extra hard to pick because they all sound so good. So if you have never been and you're in the area a recommended must try...You're Welcome in advance, cause you will Enjoy!!

Seems to be a common issue according to other reviews. You should update hours 7:30/8am- 6pm.Called at 6:15 to make sure Id be able to get donuts if I drove over here. No answer. Pulled up at 6:39pm Thursday and they are closed.

Duck Donuts is one of my favorite places to get donuts and this location is great. The person at the front was super nice, patient, and helpful. I loved being able to see them making the donuts right in front of us and the fact that they are so fresh. They are cake donuts which are my preferred kind and they taste great. There is also a huge selection to pick from but you can also create your own and pick whatever toppings you want. Overall, it's a great place to stop and the donuts are delicious!
I discovered Duck Donuts from tik tok I didn't know what to expect. I was amazed at all the different favors of glaze toppings. If you're craving a sweet donut i believe made of moist cake. DD is your spot. I enjoyed every bite.

Stopped by Duck Donuts for national Donut day! It was my first stop at the store, and it won't be my last. The Donuts are made fresh! They also are cakey(but not too doughy) variety that I like. I tried the cinnamon sugar flavor which was delicious. My friend enjoyed the blueberry.

These are the worst donuts I’ve ever had in my life. Super dense and greasy. I’m more disappointed in all the people who hyped this place so I’ll at least try to warn others.
