Although quite a far drive for me, it's a great alternative spot to their former Atlanta location. Service and atmosphere were great, so was the mushroom burger. Plenty of parking. Touchtunes music box available so you can enjoy your personal music selections. I'd definitely visit there again.

DUGANS IS AWESOME!!!BUT DO NOT ORDER FROM GRUBHUB!!1. Order was delivered and I got no wings… just fries and a salad. Then Yohanna looked me in my face while I was trying to catch them before they drove off.I’m very sick and needed my food.2. Sharde really just went and picked up my wings and she drove all the way to my complex sat in my complex and ate my food.2 orders gone in one night 100 wasted.

It was OK. Not hitting like the Dugan's on Ponce hit 30 years ago.
Dugans recently opened in our area (Northlake Mall). We are so excited to have a new local spot and want desperately for it to succeed! The bartenders are great - the food is great - the servers are so sub par. We had to remind our server 3x for our beer / wine / water. Hoping the service makes a turnaround!!!

Got a Long Island tea. Got charged $1.00 extra to "pour" it. Had no Coke in it. Got cheese nachos and was charged $1.50 extra for lettuce and tomato. My friend got wings and got charged extra for celery even though the menu said "celery or fries". Please close down a.s.a.p.!

Good vibes and good bar food here. No frills, just tasty wings and tasty drinks! They have tons of tvs for watching sports plus a jukebox for playing any music you want to hear. They have a Hennessey margarita for those of you who indulge. The wings are pretty good here, and they will fry them crispy upon request. You can tell they're still building a clientele, so sometimes it's a little dead. It's in the same shopping center as Northlake Mall, which is like a ghost town, honestly. It's next to the Foot locker entrance. So there is plenty of parking. Hopefully, more folks start to patronize this place. They have a happy hour starting Monday-Friday 3pm-6pm

It's an all new spot since November 2023. The last one standing from what most people know and remember. The atmosphere is probably the best thing about Dugans. You will see a variety of people at different times of the day but all are welcomed at all times of the day.Vegetarian options: Food can be customized at times to make a vegetarian or even vegan option.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome during daytime hours
