Dumpling Factory

Ordered dumplings and soup to go on a not busy Sunday afternoon. Took over twenty minutes to get my food and my dumplings were all scorched on the bottom (completely my fault for not checking them before leaving the restaurant especially since it took so long and there were less than five people eating in the establishment). The wonton soup was great and I would possibly try other menu items next time and order in just to make sure that everything I ordered is cooked properly and edible.

I love dumplings so when I saw the sign had to try it out. Placed an order and waited over 45 minutes for my meal. First the dumplings came out then the lo main noodles took additional wait time. The dumpling was mediocre at best. They didn't give any sauce that usually goes with it.

Apparently if you order more than one item. You will not get it altogether. So don't come hungry.

The staff doesn't speak English very well. Most people were standing around the counter waiting. Nobody cleans the tables off. You do that yourself.

This is definitely my first and last time coming here. Some places the service is bad. But the food is good enough for take-out. However this isn't one of those places. The food matched the service bland, sub-par and terrible.

10/10. I always get some noodles and dumplings and take most of it home. The portions are large and there’s not a bad thing in the menu!

Very nice server. Great appetizers. Tastes pretty much like northern China eatery if you used to eat there. Dumplings tasted very fresh and Chinese broccoli was also fresh and cooked perfect with garlic.

Having a dumpling made from scratch with soup inside? Incredible. Not only was it very impressive it was equally good. The presentation was on point and I also had a tai tea with boba that you must try. This is a restaurant you don’t want to miss.-

Excellent vibes, very clean and friendly. Definitely a family hangout place. Food upto the standard. Hot n sour soup and scallion pancakes were above my expectation. Congratulations to the owner for excellent decoration ideas. Our server Hau very nice and took care of us very professionally. Five star

Our chicken + corn dumplings had raw chicken in them. We were one of 2 parties in the restaurant, so unsure how the food was so severely undercooked. Did not take a picture before walking out.

This was my first time coming since last July, where my order took 90 minutes and was cold.

I will not be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Great spot!! Get the pan fried dumplings. The noodles are also fresh and delicious with lots of meat and veg. Wood ear mushroom salad with peanuts and cilantro was also great. The guy working there was so friendly to talk to.

The one star reviews couldn't be more wrong. This place has excellent boba tea. The service was great prompt the restaurant was very clean. I had the steamed buns they had a nice and subtle flavor not too spicy or salty. Overall a good spot to pop into.
