We stopped Saturday, late morning. My coffee was tasteless as if a new pot had used old grounds. The avocado toast was NOT toasted, had minimal avocado spread, only a scant teaspoon of bacon crumbles, no salt, no pepper, no everything bagel seasoning. The glazed donut was dry, hard and still cold, as if from the refrigerator! The two young women working looked like deer in the headlights and over worked. I blame management/owners for not enough workers and terrible training. Come on folks, I have eated nationwide at DD's for decades and this was horrible.

The customer service at this location is HORRIFIC.. I came through the drive thru 9/12/25 and the lady working at 6:00AM was horrible.. her attitude is nasty as hell, she sounds like she hates her job, took her over 10 minutes to prepare a iced coffee for me (she was probably dragging her feet) no wonder the lines are always so empty when I come. I chose to come here because I hadn’t had Dunkin in a while, and extra 10 minutes from my job when I should’ve just stuck with my usual Starbucks that’s right around the corner…@ MANAGEMENT: employees like this will for sure be your downfall at this location… do better… 2.6 stars for a Dunkin is absolutely insane.. says a lot!

This place knowingly serves drinks that go through mold. It’s a disgusting establishment that unfortunately refuses to listen to the concerns that are presented. Their employees are extremely overworked and the reason the service is so slow is because they do NOT actually train people properly, which is also why the drinks are poor quality and almost never mixed right. The manager does not care and neither does the higher up manager. They’re lucky to have an employee last longer than a week before quitting and honestly you should not give your business to this establishment.

When I arrived at the place, I ordered the $6 meal. There was two of us in total. About 10 minutes later, another customer came in and ordered, followed by a second customer about 5 minutes after that.
Both of those customers received their food before us, even though we ordered first and had the same type of order. While we were waiting, the employee serving us gave us unpleasant looks. At one point, she commented, “I don’t know why they keep touching the orders,” but we were only checking to see if the food being brought out was ours since we had been waiting so long.
Unfortunately, we never received our food before we had to leave to catch our bus, and we were not offered a refund. Overall, the service felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. I believe this employee should be held accountable for her actions.

Service was terrible. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. I was there 25 minutes just to get 50 donut holes. They only had 3 flavors of donuts to choose from. BAD.

This is quite possibly one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. the service was slow the employees were the rudest people I've ever come across. I went through the drive-thru line ordered a cup of coffee ave a donut. took 20 minutes to get my coffee and when they brought the coffee to the window it was just a couple of hot boiling milk. I ordered a donut to go with my coffee it was cold as ice like it was just out of the freezer then girl offered to give me another Donut for waiting so long for my coffee and it was colder than the one that I paid for. Horrible service Horrible staff Horrible food.

All of the above was horrible. Dunkin donuts has scaled down alot. The pull of hiring is at a low. I saw a worker put her hand in the coffee beans after my friend paid for her coffee in cash. No washing of the hand then she grabbed her phone before making my friends coffee. Pick another coffee vendor No to Dunkin donuts.

The hours online are not correct. This location is not opened past 8pm. The quality of the drinks they serve are terrible. I get a cup of sweet milk despite ordering lattes or macchiatos. Never returning here again and can’t wait for Starbucks to open up down the road. Just terrible. It’s really frustrating wasting my money here.
The employees seem nice but the service is consistently very slow (10-15 minutes for small orders every time) despite hardly any customers being in the store. Every time I’ve gotten a drink, they’ve messed up my order and it honestly tastes disgusting. There are consistently maybe only 3-4 types of donuts in the case (I don’t know if this is typical of Dunkins because I haven’t been to many aside from this one and up until now I thought Dunkin as a chain was just horrible, until I saw the other reviews and realized maybe it isn’t typical). I would recommend a different Dunkin.

I don't know if they were open or not but they let me in and let me order, the gentlemen behind the counter was very nice and helpful but it seemed like he was being thrown to the wolves because he was the only one working and maybe an owner or manager was sitting at a table talking to another owner or Manger or someone and ignored anything else going on other than someone walking up, he unlocked the door for them. They told me their blender was down, they have more than one but ok, I get it most frozen drinks are a pain, I worked at Starbucks for a long time. There were almost no donuts in the case and the ones that were in there looked old. My drink was good and I wasn't sure it would be because the guy working didn't seem to know exactly how to make things but like i said he was helpful and friendly and seemed new. Dunkin overall had gone way down hill and it's sad.
