The hours online are not correct. This location is not opened past 8pm. The quality of the drinks they serve are terrible. I get a cup of sweet milk despite ordering lattes or macchiatos. Never returning here again and can’t wait for Starbucks to open up down the road. Just terrible. It’s really frustrating wasting my money here.

The employees seem nice but the service is consistently very slow (10-15 minutes for small orders every time) despite hardly any customers being in the store. Every time I’ve gotten a drink, they’ve messed up my order and it honestly tastes disgusting. There are consistently maybe only 3-4 types of donuts in the case (I don’t know if this is typical of Dunkins because I haven’t been to many aside from this one and up until now I thought Dunkin as a chain was just horrible, until I saw the other reviews and realized maybe it isn’t typical). I would recommend a different Dunkin.

I don't know if they were open or not but they let me in and let me order, the gentlemen behind the counter was very nice and helpful but it seemed like he was being thrown to the wolves because he was the only one working and maybe an owner or manager was sitting at a table talking to another owner or Manger or someone and ignored anything else going on other than someone walking up, he unlocked the door for them. They told me their blender was down, they have more than one but ok, I get it most frozen drinks are a pain, I worked at Starbucks for a long time. There were almost no donuts in the case and the ones that were in there looked old. My drink was good and I wasn't sure it would be because the guy working didn't seem to know exactly how to make things but like i said he was helpful and friendly and seemed new. Dunkin overall had gone way down hill and it's sad.

This is the worst dunkin donuts i’ve ever been too. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and the girls at the window are very rude every time. They have the worst attitudes. Not a good experience at all

How can you NOT have ketchup for weeks?!?!? Two orders in 5 days prepared incorrectly and then they say oh we ran out of ketchup. Too cheap and poor leadership!!! Blind leading the blind.

Spent about 15 minutes in the drive thru line with a server who seemed like they did not want to be there one bit (monotone, short, not accommodating). We then received our coffees which tasted so bad, we had no option but to go inside and ask for a refund. Still, we were met with no customer service and standing around waiting for the dozens of people who walked by to come and assist with our refund. Do not go here!!!

I love Dunkin, but this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. The last couple times I came and ordered what was clearly on the menu, they never have anything. Customer service is sub par. I literally go the opposite direction everyday, even though I have to pass this one to go to work
