Stopped by today, we have ordered 1 Espresso and one large Capuccino. As we were told just after payment, they have no Espresso and are not able to make a Cappuccino. So we got 2 really disgusting large black “coffees”🤮! and we paid more then was the value!!! Never more!

Everytime i come to the b concourse location i always ask for a latte today the lady order in front of me a latte and when i ask for one the cashier tells be that they not “making anymore lattes” or we don’t have lattee , like everyday I have to ask “ are yall making lattes today” . What coffee shop doesn’t have lattes from now on I will no be going to this location And I’m a everyday customer because I work in the Atlanta airport so this is a everyday thing and when they choose to make the latte they be trying to be slick and give me a ice coffee like I wouldn’t know the difference

Don't order first thing in the morning. The long line and the lazy workers are not worth trusting with your food. They gave me a bagel and coffee that was not edible

Nothing wrong with the food but disappointed with service. A busy venue for sure but no reason to be rude or abrupt.
As I handed over my money, I asked for the advertised 10% military discount and was told ‘I already ‘rung you up, so…” I said no issues, I’m not in a rush. The cashier tagged in her coworker who came over, made a couple adjustments, scoffed that the discount was only “10 cents(?)” and then handed me my receipt. Upon checking, it does not appear that the discount was applied and to be clear it would have been a 60 cent discount.
Not usually one to get in a huff over change but given the reason for the holiday, I figured I’d care a bit more today. Sorry to see servers with such a poor attitude.

I had a terrible experience at this location Atlanta Airport Terminal B close to gate 26. the woman who served me has the worst customer service I have ever seen unfortunately I didn't see her name tag, she was angry and the one who served me the coffee was not the best I asked for a different drink and in a very rudely way she said we don't have it I decided to just buy the coffee since I had already ordered it I definitely wouldn't buy anything again even if it's the only place open

Located in Concourse T (Delta area) this group of ladies who work the morning shift is why the South is known for hospitality. You cannot be in a bad mood getting your order here because they are all just beaming sunshine.
Oh and my order was spot on and the food was good.

Twice I’ve been through the ATL airport, ordered a large *cold cup* of just oat milk, and received a large coffee cup of milk…. Most of the ladies at this location across from gate B26 hustle hard and do a great job with the customers, except for this one boneheaded employee who rang me up for a large hot coffee instead of a large cold drink.

I ordered a large ice chai latte and received an ice chai with a shot of expresso. I immediately knew something was wrong, it was to dark. I took it back to explain I didn’t get an ice chai latte. The gentleman said no he gave me what I ordered. I tried to explain that it wasn’t and I have order these for months. He rudely stated that he didn’t know I worked at Dunkin. He then wanted to argue with me. When I said I wasn’t going to argue, he back peddled and said that was how he talked. I said I would like a refund. Well this is perfect, he can’t give me one. So he raised his voice so all around could here. I will make it infront of you since you clearly know my job better then me.
I truly wanted to throw the drink at him and still forgot to put the whip cream topping I paid for.
Dunkin you need to better and the guy needs to go back and get trained properly.

Nothing went right. Google maps said they open at 5 and they open at 6...ish. They opened at 607 but didn't take any orders until 609AM. Minimum wage employees were working at sub minimum wage speeds giving below minimum wage service with one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen in an airport employee. The owner could definitely make a lot more money (and prevent customer anguish) by hiring more employees and people that don't have an atrocious attitude. The doughnuts were stale and were definitely made last night. The credit card machine didn't work. What a hot mess. I won't be back.

The woman who attended me seemed SUPER irritated and bothered. As if I was interrupting HER day. I asked for a sandwich as she said as she walked away muttering something about making eggs. I got my sourdough breakfast sandwichwith only ONE egg after 15 min of waiting. Went back to ask about the one egg sandwich and she response was "do you want a refund?" I said yes bc I'm not waiting for another sandwich. She said "GOOD" Never AGAIN... this was the location across from gate B26 at the Altlanta airport. Then she threatened to call security after she threw my receipt at me...smh
