How , why they won't let you scan your rewards or earn rewards at the airport? Already prices are higher than everywhere and they dont let you collect rewards? Come on. This is pure selfish and squeezing the custumer more more out every penny as possible!!! On top of that the food was cold and the latte with a lot of foam.

They put the wrong milk in my coffee. Then the person that was calling out peoples orders was calling them out of order. My drink was just sitting there in the corner while he continued to call orders that were made after mine. I had to kindly interrupt him to ask for my drink. My plane was going to board soon and I had already been waiting for almost 20 minutes. Then once I realized they put whole milk in my coffee I left a survey on my receipt. A few days later I get a call at 4 am from Jerry saying I could go back to the airport and get my drink remade. Mind you this location is after TSA near the gates. I also live in Chicago…
