Hunting Sunsets

The food is very nasty but the drinks are delicious. I’ve gotten hash browns twice and they were both soggy and lukewarm. I’ve gotten a croissant twice as well and then were both flat as a pancake and in the turkey sausage sandwich the eggs was very nasty and it had a weird texture. I would just keep buying the drinks but no food unless it’s a donut. I think it’s this locations problem with the food because I’ve been to others where I didn’t have a problem.

Spencer is my guy he created me a frappe that was not on the menu and it turned out to be so good here take a look and then also recommended to grab something next time that was not on the menu. This Man has awesome customer service and great conversation my first time coming to this location and this is the only Dunkin I want to come to for now on, and I don’t even live in this location

Let me start by saying I don’t really have to much of an issue with this location. I’m honestly a regular at this point it’s part of my daily routine to stop by and get something. This evening when I came in I was told that they aren’t making any drinks. I was disappointed but went about my order, when i processing to place my order a young lady walks and in and says she has an online order but she messed up on her drink. My was face was giving very much confused when they told her they would correct it. I thought yall “weren’t making any drinks at the moment” so I processed to asked “wait yall aren’t making any drinks?” The boy with locs responded with an attitude “yeah no drinks” so whatever I let it be. But then another customer walks in and orders a hot chocolate. At this point I’m very annoyed cause what happen to “no drinks at the moment” cause I’ve seen you make two right in my face. Stuff like this happens often here and today was my boiling point I’m very annoyed unless the situation can be rectified I will be taking my business back to STARBUCKS!!!

They move with zero efficiency at this location and it genuinely doesn’t even matter how many people are ordering. Every time I’ve gone, I wait a crazy long time, my drinks aren’t properly mixed and the attitude from the staff is awful, and I don’t usually comment on stuff like this.

The owner of this establishment must really not care about this store. This store always has bad customer service, the bagels are gross old tasting, raw inside breakfast items jus not good. A good cleaning fresh food and pay more to attract good customer service reps is what this store needs unless just shut down.

Food is OK, but the service is so slow. I felt like I was being ignored. It took them 10 minutes to take my order even though there was no one in the line in front of me.

I went to go get some coffee with my family and let me tell you how disappointed I was with the service and the outcome. First of all, it wasn’t even busy and I stood in the line for 25 minutes. Then when they took the order, they botched it all up. I can’t even express how bad they made the coffee. When we pulled up to pay, they overcharged us. Not only that, but there were these 3 black guys working inside and they had no clue what to do and what was going on. If Dunkin can’t train their employees, then don’t leave them alone to make coffee. I was so excited to drink coffee but this experience just ruined my mood, ruined my appetite and it ruined coffee for me. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN! And the boss needs to reconsider the type of people they hire and train them correctly! So disappointed. I should’ve asked for a refund but I just let it go. This is beyond embarrassing for this company to have these type of people working there!

Extremely rude and completely inconvenienced me. I showed up to pick up my order, patiently waited and they said they “couldn’t find it in the system”. After waiting 15 minutes it was offered to be remade by one worker and an older lady refused even when shown the confirmation. Wasted time and money. Completely unprofessional.

This dunkin is in a very convenient location and I loved that their closing time is 10pm but why are the doors locked and closed at 9:40 /9:45pm!!!!!! I gave them grace the first two times I came close to 10 because the first was at 9:45 and the second time was at 9:49pm but this is ridiculous!!!! I got here at 9:43 and the doors were locked and closed and no one inside!!!! The closing time is 10pm, you guys should abide by that!!!!!! I come straight after work , I get off 9:30 and come straight there so I can get coffee before I head to my second job!!!!
