Yall this Baskin/ Dunkin was wild 😂
It was filthy but my order was correct. ✅
They don’t have many ice cream flavors and everyone is super relaxed 😂
If I’m in a pinch I’d come back if not definitely go to a different location.

The staff always greets me by name, and barring a few especially busy days, my order is always ready when I arrive. Great location, kind staff, and a reliable spot for coffee & a bite.

I recently had a not-so-great experience at another Dunkin’, but this location really made up for it.
The service here was fast, attentive, and welcoming. Everything went smoothly, and I left happy. The only minor downside was that the bathroom was temporarily out of order, but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Thank you to the team at this Dunkin’!

Review Update: This is getting ridiculous. Why even bother submitting an order when they’re just going to make whatever they feel like? I literally have my drink order saved and place the exact same one every time, yet it comes out completely different every single visit. What’s the point? This location doesn’t even have a drive-thru, so you’d think they’d be more focused on taking care of their local customers—but there’s no consistency or effort put into the orders. It’s frustrating and disappointing. Sadly, this is exactly why people stop coming, and if things don’t change, I wouldn’t be surprised if this location ends up closing.
This Dunkin' used to be great, but it's gone downhill since the ownership changed. The floors are always dirty and sticky, and the employees rarely greet you or seem happy to be there. I could deal with that if the drinks were at least consistent—but they’re not. I’ve ordered the exact same drink three days in a row, and each time it’s tasted completely different. This location seriously needs to step it up in both cleanliness and consistency.

Food was good but the were just a little slow and that's ok. I wasn't in a rush but they were losing customers who were giving up and walking out.

I don't think the AC worked as it was HOT in there. Floor was sticky. Also, there's no free parking. It's ridiculous to have to pay parking to run in and get coffee but I think that might just be an Atlanta thing vs a restaurant thing.
Drinks were incredible and employees were very nice

I typically place a mobile order so I'm in and out within seconds. Last time I went I was craving ice cream so I ordered a few scoops to go. When I got home you could tell the quality of Baskin Robbins I've cream has gone down. It was obviously Frozen, thawed and then refrozen. Totally inedible. I was more upset with throwing away like $10 worth of ice cream than I was at them giving me the wrong flavors as I wasn't going to eat it anyways. Now I know to stick with the coffee drinks and breakfast sandwiches. Their hashbrowns have a very odd taste as well so skip those and get a better sandwich instead.
Parking: It's in a corner building with parking garage on the other side of the building facing the other street or a paid lot next door. Heads up, the homeless people are a bit aggressive in the area as are the people trying to get you to sign their petitions for different causes.

This location is ridiculous. I wanted a coffee that’s $3 but the parking option is only $7 for a hour or $15 for the day. End result I didn’t get a coffee and I will not be returning this Location until the get the parking situated.
