To the owner: Train your crew to understand that if they hand over multiple drinks and items they need to be accompanied with drink holders and bags to carry the items. Also what’s with the no napkins trend? The product was as expected. The operations need some attention.

I come here almost daily because its close by where I live. They RARELY get my order right. The crew ALWAYS works in chaos no matter if they’re customers or not. The quality of food here compared to most other Dunkin’s is subpar. I literally just poured my coffee out because it is bitter and old.

I had a mixed experience. The coffee made me feel unwell after only a few sips. I also tried the bacon jam grilled cheese, which I'd rate a 7/10. The cheese wasn't as melty as I'd hoped, and there was very little bacon jam.

Really bad location. The manager is constantly leaving and locking up the store so you can't pick up orders that you place through the app. Other times I place an order, they tell me "We aren't serving food right now. This location is just poorly organized. I've seen the manager driving away from the store during the morning rush multiple times.
Edit: I got food poisoning after the last time I ate here and that woman yelled at me for trying to get her attention at the front door. I don't trust this location anymore and have been finding other places to eat for months. I'm just too grossed out thinking about what might have been done to my food to make me sick. I also got a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant with no sausage on it.

BEWARE!!! of this Dunkin they are mixing strong Midnight coffee in with regular coffee. My husband and I went on the same morning separately. I called him to tell him that I became jittery feels like my heart is beating so fast it’s scary and he told me was experiencing the same feeling and had to leave work. We’ve been coffee drinkers for years and this has NEVER happened.
I love Dunkin, but this location is just run poorly. I live near by and have given it so many chances - I'm surprised it has any good reviews frankly.

DO NOT go to this location. I started coming here a few months ago. My drink tastes different depending on who makes it. And they have been out of basic ingredients (milk and espresso). I went this evening, and they were closed over an hour early with no reason given. Oddly, the drive thru must have had a pre-recorded message to do the greeting because no one was inside. I ordered through the app and had to have a case created for a refund.

Coffee often not made right and rarely made consistent. Mobile order will be melted if iced and cold if hot as this location is extremely unorganized and slow. They are not rude at all thank goodness and will remake drink multiple times just results in very long lines and wait for others. Now on 03Sept 2024 to order from Baskin side they sell something they don't have "hot fudge" even stressed it and went to make and was going to just hand to me until I asked why isn't there any hot fudge being put on??? We don't have any they say!! Why did you sell me one?? I ask! We can give you more ice cream!! This is the absolute worst DD and now Baskin Robbins location I have ever experienced!! Dunkin Donuts corporate don't you guys care about your name???? Consistent terrible experiences here!!
They gave me the wrong donuts. After correcting, they took the donuts (from my possession in my car) back to put them back on display for sale ? unsanitary. I can’t imagine eating something that’s been in another persons hands looking & breathing through it. There’s always something wrong. Especially this location.
