Phenomenal experience every time. Kiara and Bre are incredibly efficient, always get the orders right, and have such positive, welcoming attitudes. In today’s environment, that level of consistency and customer service is truly hard to find. They make this Dunkin' Donuts the best one I've ever been to!

Bought a toasted sesame bagel with coffee, and it was the worst I’ve had in a long time. The bagel tasted at least a day old and hard as a rock. Definitely a NO from me next time! FYI 9AM and no poppy bagels ? Bye 👋

Doughnuts and service were good. Not sure what type of payment system they have at this location, but the guy at the window swiped my card numerous times then slid the card back and forth on top of the cash register before giving it back to me. I'm making this note just in case my card was charged twice.

I love and appreciate this location so much! Their workers are always efficient, friendly and accommodating. It’s nice to just zip through the drive-thru, place a mobile order and walk over, or even enjoy some time in the cute, little lobby.

I go here every other day for an ice coffee. Today I pulled up at 5:58 and waited for them to take my order. I pulled around to the window after waiting two minutes and the regular guy said they close at 6…I said I’m here every other is there any ice coffee left and he no we close at 6..then offered me an ice water¿ I get closing when you close but it’s ice coffee made in bulk and…well I use to be a regular

Dont waste your time or money at this location. The food is always stale. I only two orders of hashbrowns and asked for them to be toasted a little longer thats it. The hasbrowns I get are stale and hard, not toasted a little linger or a little burnt (which I would be perfectly okay with) just stale and cold. Absolutely disgusting. Even the donuts have a weird taste to them only at this location.

Do not go here. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Got home and found out it was not what I ordered. Called immediately to tell them and manager Diallo said he couldn't do anything about it without receipt. Funny thing is they didn't give me a receipt! Then he hung up on me. Very rude.
I have a severe dairy allergy and told them I wanted oatmilk. I was given regular milk in my latte… This is not the first time this occurred but this time I wasn’t lucky enough to catch it sooner. If this happens again and it becomes worse of an emergency I will take legal action.

Got a vanilla frozen coffee this morning.and it tasted really really sweet and didnt taste like vanilla at all it tasted like straight up chocolate and sugar.i go to the one on powers ferry everyday so i know this coffee taste off and its next to my job im the chef at bartaco.but i decided to give this dunkin a try since i was rerouted
