ordered online because i do not like ordering inside but when i went to pick up my sandwich it was burnt. went back for them to remake it and they laughed. will not return ever and do want my money back.

I actually don’t care too much that the ladies who work there are rude. I am going to stop going because the lady who made my sandwich today was EATING AN ICECREAM CONE while she prepared my sandwich. I which I had taken a picture but I was so shocked. that’s so unhygienic. I’m disturbed.

This location has all of the K cups ( not pumpkin) , tea, but no frozen desserts and I also didn’t see any apparel or cups.
Order ahead on the app and it makes it much easier to just come pick up your order. Service was good. And of course Dunkin’ this location is always busy.
The sign of affecting no public restrooms was offputting, and there was a barrier also preventing anyone from sitting down.
I do want to point out that once I was acknowledged, the customer service rep went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I ordered.
And I also want to point out that the accident didn’t let me know that a couple of items were sold out. So I had to make adjustments.

My coworkers and I keep ordering here, keep trying to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt, but they mess up terribly every single time. Incorrect drinks, whipped cream and argue you down about it being cold foam, never have items in stock. But the staff is nice, can’t take that away from them. Green hair works extra hard everyday!!!!!!

Not much different in service and menu than any other dunkin stores. No seating inside. It’s not that they don’t have space. They do have it but for some reason they filled it with some racks. Could’ve been a nice corner place.
