Go here every couple weeks. One of the best Dunkin’ location in Atlanta.
I can't believe I'm writing this about my favorite coffee but this location is the worst I've experienced. Very short in their response and so dismissive. Not to mention they REFUSED my request for additional sugar... ignored me even!! Its irritating to me because I'm writing while I'm the store!!

There’s a lady at the cashier who is always pleasant. Besides that the hot chocolate here is amazingggggggg! They never miss! Also they really do try to keep the place clean, which is nice!

One car at the drive thur at 5:30 am and a long wait for someone to take the order, ridiculous. As I drive away someone answers the numerous hellos at the microphone. I drove to the other Dunkin' Donuts on Piedmont. The hot chocolate also does not taste the same as other location.its watered down. I will start to visit other locations if the service doesn't improve.
