I’ve lived next to this location for five years and seen it go through a lot of phases. I can confidently say that this is the best it’s ever been! The staff is extremely kind and my drinks come out correct consistently.
Big shoutout to Ashley in the drive thru! She remembers me (& my dog) every time I come and is always so cheerful. Good service is to be expected in fast food, but good hospitality is never guaranteed. She gave me good service AND put a smile on my face. The world needs more Ashley’s!

I stopped by for a quick lunch on a Saturday. Plenty of parking but the lot is small for maneuvering around.
Inside, I ordered a coffee roll, two breakfast wraps, apple fritter, and small coffee. Both donuts were basic but good for what they were. Apple fritter was more like jelly filled doughnut. Coffee was good. breakfast wraps are just egg whites and protein in a tortilla.

8:45 a.m. on a Monday morning . My first visit to this location and definitely my last. The guy at the counter was unable to figure out how to process the coupon that I was sent in the app so I ended up just not using it. Then the girl working the drive-thru screamed a few f-bombs between customers in the Drive-Thru and when I waved at her and said hi there's a customer standing right here at the counter instead of looking sorry that a customer actually heard her shouting profanity she just smirked and walked off to the back of the store . I asked if there was a manager and the guy at the counter told me there was no manager or shift leader present in the building and proceeded to try to smooth things over by telling me how rude customers tend to be in the Drive-Thru so that's why the girl was getting upset and shouting profanity at the window. It's really not the way I wanted to start my Monday morning.

I experienced a blatant racial incident at this Dunkin’ location, and it was both upsetting and unacceptable. I came in to buy two dozen donuts to celebrate Juneteenth and waited patiently without anyone acknowledging me. Then a white male customer walked in after me, and the staff immediately greeted him with “good morning” and started helping him first despite me clearly being there before him.
When I said, “Excuse me, I was here first,” one of the employees responded with a dismissive, “Ok, what do you want?” No apology, no explanation, just clear disrespect. When I pointed out that the treatment felt racially motivated, they denied it and claimed they “didn’t see me.” I still paid full price for my order and was offered no apology or attempt to make things right.
As a person of color, I was deeply hurt and shocked by how invisible and unwelcome I was made to feel. This happened on a day meant to honor freedom, dignity, and racial progress, which made it all the more upsetting. I’ve reported this incident to Dunkin’ and was told the franchise owner will follow up, but I hope this location reflects seriously on how they treat their customers.

Just got a wrap here and it was literally ice cold still frozen
I went through the drive thru and they rushed us away without giving us the complete order. They left out several items and the food tasted horrible. This is the worst dunkin in the metro area
