I drink Dunkin just about every day. I ordered a Matcha the cup a medium Matcha the cup was really light as this. It was halfway filled up and then the other half or a large portion of it was whipped cream so I asked her why the cup was so like she did something else I don’t know what she did but she gave me the cut back and it was still late so I told her I didn’t want it. The lady didn’t say OK let me refund your order. She didn’t say anything she just took the cup close the window and a man had to come to the window and give the receipt which was really rude.

This Lindbergh location actually made the iced coffee I'd been searching for since June. The guy knew what I wanted after a description of what I was looking for.. on a separate visit Kai made it exactly the same! Awesome 👌🏾

My experience here was disappointing. I ordered a hot macchiato and a doughnut, but they were out of doughnuts, even though I placed a mobile order. The coffee was cold, so I had to discard it. Overall, my visit didn’t meet expectations, and the service is horrible

I truly enjoy coming here early in the morning. It’s my go-to spot for sure. The manager and her staff do a wonderful job with service. My coffee is always made to perfection and the food is always hot and fresh, including the donuts. It’s always a pleasure stopping by before I begin my morning commute.
The staff always welcome me with a smile when I come inside or if going through the drive thru. They’re always helpful with a new suggestion when new items come out or even for the day I’m not sure what I really want. The store is always clean, food cooked to perfection & the service is always quick. These individuals at this location are great I’ll never go to another location unless I’m out of the state. Great service

Be alot better if the one lady had a better attitude at register and they dont make a mistake given out food but the GM was very cool and helpful.. homeless people hang out around here frequently.

The coffee is good, manners are ZERO!!I am a long time, loyal customer of Dunkin’ Donuts. This is only one I’ve ever been to where the staff is so rude. No thank you’s, no please, no good mornings, nothing. Very short and just hand you the coffee thru the window. To be ignored by them is unacceptable. The staff is still supposed to extend common courtesy if they choose a job in the service industry. Will you address this issue? Manager?
