whoever was working drive thru 7:30 am on 1/29 needs a raise. There was an incident happening in the area and she was very sweet and still tried taking our order. I think this speaks for her amazing customer service.
I lovr Dunin's coffee and for thatvreason the food got a high rating. However the service rating was low because two employees were at the cash register nottalking about business and l had to wait two minutes before l was acknowledged and served. This was unacceptable.

Brittany is abundantly rude.

I ordered a coffee and they put a lot of sugar in it. They gave me another coffee, the same result.
I am a huge Dunkin fan. This is the closest location to where I live so I've come here many times. But I think I need to stop. Something is wrong with the food prep process, it is just not worth it to wait 30 mins for these simple food items. Cannot recommend this location 😕

The people are nice here. The quality of the food is good and seems pretty consistent. Usually no lines but the wait time varies (sometimes super fast & other times a bit slow). Overall, I’ll keep coming to this location. There is free parking here (for customers only).

It was good, but the prices are crazy. Better off going to chic fil a literally. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits, 3 hash browns and 2 bottles of Gatorade for $20. Food portions are extremely small lmao chic fil a gives you more for a less, would've been 10-12$ max.

This Dunkin is right across the street from me so I decided to walk here on a Sunday morning.
Service was fine. No customers were here so all eyes on me and my party. I ordered the $6 combo which was a coffee, sandwich, and hash browns. The hash browns had an herbal seasoning on them that was different. The coffee was simple coffee. I can't remember the sandwich but it must have been decent.
I did not get any donuts. Was not in the mood for anything sweet.

The loaded hash browns with briskett was very good. You are going to need more since it is not a full serving. I would call it a snack since you gone still be hungry but nonetheless, it was different and it was good.

Nice people ??
Service could be faster, and they'll tell you to "pull forward," which sucks. I've been to this location a total of 5 times, and they've messed up my order once, so far. Didn't bother to get a refund because who has time, I'm on 75/85 south by then.

I don't understand why there is such bad attention here in ATL, please train or motivate your people, it seems that no one wants to work and they do everything reluctantly and prepare ice cappuccinos poorly.

Had to ask for everything even a straw. If you order an iced coffee you shouldn't have to get someone attention to get a straw from behind the counter.

I may or may not come here every work day and I love it! The atmosphere, the staff; it’s truly incredible. Way better than Starbucks in my opinion and better quality.
