The drink I ordered was good, and the service fairly fast for a place that was as busy as it was. I wanted to find a place to sit and use the wifi, but the tables weren't clean and were not level, so I drank my tea in my car. Also,the menu boards weren't working, and I had to use my phone to look at the tea options.

Besides the great quality of bagels, coffee, and donuts, I want to commend Habiba, the outstanding General Manager. She has always been so cordial and professional, providing 5-star guest service. Moreover, Habiba is so dedicated to all of her guests, providing a friendly and warm environment, never failing to make us feel like valued guests. She is a one of a kind manager who is gifted with an ability to connect with us all!!

This is my neighborhood store and usually it’s a pleasant interaction but yesterday I went in and placed my regular order and there was this really impatient & rude guy with press-on nails that made me never want to return. He was interrupting me while I was placing my order and got an attitude because I asked him if he would mind stirring my drink. Apparently there was no store supervisor or lead on shift so I asked for a his name (which the other worker wrote on the receipt for me) it was so bad I left the food and requested a refund. The employee name was Tapiz and will be the downfall of this store if he is not correct immediately.

I went in for the new fall treats. Got the banana chocolate chip bread (don’t recommend, it doesn’t taste good at all) and the last pumpkin muffin. I don’t know what this is but it was inside my muffin in the center when I took a bite. It’s quite large and it doesn’t tear so not sure it’s paper and it’s not from the wrapper on this one even if it was. Really gross. Couldn’t eat either things. This was a treat and I don’t have money to throw away on things that I can’t eat so really really disappointed.

This location can be hit or miss. They should list out-of-stock items on the mobile app. People use mobile orders for convenience, not to wait around for their order to be made. Customers shouldn't find out about stock issues only upon arrival.
