This location is very small and only has a three or four tall stools at a counter facing the window for seating. The coffee was good and the employees were polite and quick but didn't make us feel rushed.

The new staff is very unfriendly and lazy . They take forever with your order and have an attitude. They roll their eyes and talk amongst their peers about the customers while scrolling through their phones!!!. Very unprofessional. They tend to always have new workers but the most recent set of workers I’m not a fan! Too many workers not working . Tell me why you have 6 employees and only the male employee works the rest are just useless.

Went inside this morning to avoid the line outside, so of course the employees were still very busy with the drive thru though there was no line inside. They still greeted me very warmly, I was helped quickly, and my order came out faster than I thought it would. A young man held the door for me and the other customers who had come in, and he even helped me carry my order to my car. What I ordered was not even for myself yet I left feeling like I’d had a shot of Good morning! It really made my day. Young excellence, I love to see it.

Didn’t toast my bagel or put caramel in my coffee. Hard, stale bagel- the bottom was like a rock. I feel like my whole order was fished out of a garbage can. I’m cool on this location. Why would I return?
