Always stop here for 3-4 dozen donuts for work. They happened to be understaffed today and were certainly stressed.
I waited no more than 10 min (in store) for 36 donuts all while they juggled a full line in the drive through.

Dunkin have great variety of beverages and food. I ordered the drink, sandwich and hashbrown combo. Everybody was good though the hashbrowns had a weird aftertaste, but it could've been my mouthwash. 😁

I ordered a cold brew with cold foam. They asked if I wanted cream or sugar I said no. Then they gave me a cold brew with no cold foam but with cream and sugar. Waste of my money

Whoever is running this place hasn’t graduated the 4th grade. On top of the coffee being terrible you will have to order everything twice, the first time being when you order at the register and the second time being when you realize they aren’t organized enough to complete your order 30 minutes later.

The food/bagels/breakfast sandwiches are always good any time of day. The big ‘but…’ is that this location REALLY needs to do a proper job making TEA! The black tea always takes like it was made in the coffee brewer and the green is scalded to death by boiling water (should be steeped 3-4 mins max at 169-172°). It’s not hard. I really hate wasting $3.50 on undrinkable tea! (This was my fifth or sixth try on tea at this location in six months).

Very popular with Americans. We often came there because they are one of the few establishments that have very tasty coffee for the European taste. This expresso is also reasonably priced: 1.49 in September 2024.

Every single time I pull up to this location, they don’t have any donuts or not drinks available. That’s if they decide to even respond when you’re trying to place an order. Horrible service won’t be back!!!
I wish I had cash with me to tip amari is the best. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the order is perfect. I don't know how much he gets paid but he needs a raise cuz he will keep me coming back

I will give positive reviews to Dunkin every chance. I get! I love that they have a large selection of sugar free syrups and Non.
Dairy alternatives. I can get a delicious, guilt free large frozen coffee made with sugar free vanilla syrup and creamy oat milk. YUM!
thank you, Dunkin!

This is a perfectly fine Dunkin'. The only problems are the coffee quality and consistency. I always order the same coffee when I come here and the flavor varies day to day. Sometimes it tastes like they use dead espresso shots which makes them extremely bitter and acidic. They don't always remember to put the sugar/sweeteners in the coffee either. Typically they are quite good though! Especially if you come in the morning- even though that might be a slightly longer wait since that's the busiest time. The employees are friendly and kind even when they are busy (aside from the occasional employee with an attitude but that is normal in a fast-paced environment like this and I usually only see that employee once and then they are gone).

No matter the day, time, or month, the staff will NEVER get your full order. I have a standard order , but even after reminding them, they will either leave out the Splenda (has happened at least 50 times), or give it cold, etc etc. Starbucks isn’t just better because of the food or options or drinks, it is the CUSTOMER SERVICE that beats dunkin. The way they talk, etc. I think Dunkin really requires training of the staff. - also, they’re pricier , which would make you think it would at least be decent to give you the right orders or smile at you ?

My go-to coffee spot in the morning. Workers are always clean and nice. The coffee isn't the best but I've yet to find anything cheaper for the same quality. Just need to work a bit on consistency.

I visit this location frequently, and the service is very good. Food is served hot, and the drinks are always filled to the top. I usually go through the drive-through, which rarely has a long wait time, even in the morning.
