They run out of donuts a lot for a place with “donut” in the name.

A healthy option at Dunkin’ is sourdough lightly toasted thick slice of bread with avocado spread and everything bagel seasoning. Try it for breakfast before walking at the nearby Chattahoochee River.

Slow and lazy. Let us pay for munchkins they didn’t even have. When calling back to ask where the food we paid for was, we were told we are the problem. Haha

They were out of all the bagels we wanted, they had to ask what we ordered at the window more than once, the sausage bagel was wrong and was bacon instead. It was also raw bacon which we didn't know until we were too far down the road to turn back... This isn't the only time we've had trouble at a Dunkin. They all seem to be going downhill the last few years.

After receiving my order which was a latte and bagel with cream cheese, there was no napkins in the bag neither was there a plastic utensil . I have a pet peeve on customer service when I’m spending my money. Every customer should receive 5 star treatment and I didn’t receive that.

Shoutout to Zacai and Vijay at Dunkin’ Donuts – these two deserve major recognition! From the moment I walked in, they were kind, attentive, and on point. They didn’t just serve coffee and food, they made the whole experience fast, fresh, and snappy.
It’s rare these days to see employees who can balance speed with genuine hospitality, but Zacai and Vijay nailed it. The order was perfect, everything tasted fresh, and the positive energy they brought made my quick stop feel like a highlight of the day.
If Dunkin’ had a Hall of Fame for customer service, these two should be first in line. Thanks again, Zacai and Vijay, for keeping it smooth and making it look easy – you set the standard for what a Dunkin’ run should feel like! 👏☕🍩

I had a specific request at the time I placed my order, once I pulled up to the window, I noticed an employee doing the opposite of what was requested at the window with my beverages. I asked for light ice but she filled the ice to the top. When I mentioned it, she said under her breath “well I already fixed the drink”. I then spoke with the manager and asked for the light ice, the manager said something to the employee and then still managed to give me the uncorrected order. When I mentioned it to the manager she sighed and then took a spoon and scooped the ice out of the drinks obviously frustrated with the request to fix it. I then reminded the manager that I had this request at the time I placed my order. Her demeanor immediately changed and she apologized for the misunderstanding because it reflects that her employee disregarded the simple request and not that I was being unreasonable with my request. It was the staff this morning that assisted me and soft skills training would be beneficial for the young lady at the window and her manager on shift.

This location is consistently awful. I rarely come here, but every time I do, my coffee tastes bland no matter how much flavor I add. Whether it’s my usual iced coffee with 6 caramel syrups or today’s order (large iced toffee nut coffee with 4 caramel swirl, 4 toasted almond shot, and cream — pictured), it somehow still comes out tasting like watered-down nothing.
Other Dunkin’ locations get it right, but this one never does. To top it off, when I went inside for pickup, no one greeted me or said hello — which seems typical here. This is my fourth bad experience at this location, and it’ll be my last. The only reason I even go to Dunkin’ is for the rewards program, but even that isn’t worth it here.

First of all the staff seemed very unpleasant to be working, second I got a mocha latte with no whipped cream, and they gave me a caramel latte with whipped cream, and I got a brown sugar espresso with oat milk and a 3 pumps of mocha, they gave be just plain coffee with 3 pumps of espresso and no mocha, worst dunkin I've ever been too!

Always stop here for 3-4 dozen donuts for work. They happened to be understaffed today and were certainly stressed.
I waited no more than 10 min (in store) for 36 donuts all while they juggled a full line in the drive through.
