I HAVE NUT ALLERGIES AND THEY MADE MY DRINK WRONG!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE!!! I had a drink made wrongly and the way I asked the rep to kindly remake it was completely acceptable. However, the way the worker was disgustingly rude and nasty to me because I wanted her to correct it was messy and disgusting. The store manager said he would address her behavior but wasn’t too assuring as he smiled at her and she was allowed to continue her day.

I'm giving 5 stars across the board because this location is always on top of it. The staff are overworked during the morning rush, but they do a fantastic job keeping up. The only thing that would help this location is one or two more staff members in the morning.

So last week I came to this location for my job as a secret shopper. I brought a muffin and a drink as I sit in the lobby doing my job. I guess the manager thought I was a homeless guy or something said people was complaining about me sitting there. Which I wasn't messing with anyone I think I was treated with disrespect so I told my boss I don't want to return to this location

The service was good, but the food was a complete failure. The cheese wasn't melted at all on the bacon, egg, cheese croissant. The Hashbrowns were inedible. The flavor was not good, but the texture was worse - musky and limp.
