Worst Dunkin location!!They’re super slow and employees have bad customer service. I placed a Mobile order at 6:35AM and the front doors were locked. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes just to get my walk in mobile order. The coffee didn’t even taste good at that. Don’t go here especially on the way to work cause you will be late. Never coming back to this location, worst experience ever!!!

Horrible. I always order though the app . Today I placed my order at 6am got here at 6:11am got to the window at 630! And they didn’t have my order ready. Ridiculous!!!

This location do not like truck drivers the manager on the 5am shift was unaccommodating she ignored me when I tried to get in to place an order
I had to be aggressive just to get an order in the driver thru window.

Came here this morning around 859am and the young lady in the drive-through was very rude. When I asked her did they have the cookie butter coffee she damn near yelled at me I work in Customer Service and I own several businesses not only is that rude and disrespectful but it’s crazy for you to ask for something and be ignored and be yelled at I hope you guys rectify your customer service….

Placed a mobile order online, and they were out of the product they had to make it. Whatever, I just wanted a my drink so I asked for a different drink that was the same size as the one I ordered. Cashier went and talked to the manager who said they wouldn’t be able to do that and offered me a smaller size. At this point I asked for a refund, to which the manager came and spoke with me to say “no refunds my cash drawer won’t be short because of you.” The cash drawer being $3 short due to the restaurants error is not the customers fault. The manager has the NASTIEST attitude and was not helpful in the slightest and told me to call corporate for a refund. I don’t understand what sort of power trip you may obtain from working at a dunkin off of Fulton industrial, but thank you for reminding me why I prefer Starbucks instead! Awful customer service, don’t shop at this store!!!!

Stop serving that nasty azz fake ? sandwich!! Buy real ?y'all owners have the ?!! The Matcha latte taste like milk, I guess y'all purchased the generic brand of "Matcha" the bacon wake up wrap is good only $2 I noticed after 10am the whole (family) is the staff! Why y'all never have donut ? sale like (5=$5 ) I"m getting to the point im gonna start cooking at home no restaurant fully gives no one precisely wht u want They have no parking lines so congested lot not organized

I visited this location while running a lunchtime errand in the area. It was completely empty aside from a single employee working on the ground behind the counter (ok). When the employee saw me, they did not greet me, but instead got up and went to the back of the storefront (strike 1). I waited patiently for the employee to return, which gave me enough time to observe a few disconcerting things, like their extremely low inventory, fruit flies on the doughnuts (strike 2) which are housed in a 3-sided open shelving system (strike 3). I was about to walk out when the employee returned as said “just a minute” while carrying lots of oat milk that surely could have been restocked after serving a potential patron (strike who cares). I left the building with no plans of EVER returning.
