This location should be shut down. The owner of this location has no customer skills. She was very rude and disrespectful and wouldn’t honor my rewards. She should never work in another food service establishment ever again. I WILL NOT be going to this location anymore and I feel bad for the workers who have to deal with her.

The staff is awful! And 100% racist! A lady whose nationality is not American verbally abused me, yelling at me and closing the drive-thru window simply because she didn’t understand my English. I’m learning and maybe I don’t have the best pronunciation, but I’m trying! I don’t deserve to be treated with such disrespect from this lady! They should choose their employees better! A franchise with the status of Dunkin’ shouldn’t have such rude and valueless people!

Received my order with curdled milk! Stopped by on my way to work. I got through the drive through fairly quickly and received my order. Got well on the highway and took a sip -- curdled milk. When I got to work (25 minutes away) gave them a call and they told me to come back with the coffee and receipt. They should always check their product before serving. I'll bypass from now on.

I’m a Dunkinnesta yes I made up that word!!!! I love Dunkin. The staff at the location I go to are awesome. One location always know it’s me and the signs says Hello Adrienne before I tell them I have a mobile order!!!! Love the app it’s so convenient and easy.

Never in my life have I heard a more disrespectful response to a simple request. The salon owner I work for placed an order and called in to simply request to have fresh cooked bacon for his sandwich.
The response from the person that answered the phone was “You People”,you can take your business to another company, he stopped her right there and said I will not; I’m paying my money and you are in our community, you will not be disrespectful to me. This was very disgusting to hear and experience. Very disappointing over a simple request.

I called this place very nice and calm..I asked her could I have a fresh order of bacon .courtesy of uber eats..because the last 3 orders had been crumbs and scraps and over cooked…the owner(the lady said to me YOU people can take your business to another Dunkin’ doughnuts…you already know i lost it.😔
