The staff is unfriendly, uninviting, when you speak they don’t respond nor do they even acknowledge that you’ve entered. The wait is always long even if you put your order in thru the app 20 min from the location. The youngest man that works there, should have gotten his name, brown skin with locs, thank you sir! He clocks in and gets to work, with a smile. His location runs on him! We all understand the morning rush but to have an attitude the entire transaction is unpleasant and they need real thorough training! 3 stars, solely because of him!

I got to this place at 7:40am it's now 7:54am this is the slowest restaurant ever. I have to be at work at 8 if you ever want some coffee early in the morning never go through the drive thru here ever.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts (5626 Fulton Industrial Blvd, Atlanta).

The customer service here is horrible. The workers don’t seem to know the products they sell or how to make them properly. I asked for a chamomile tea and they didn’t know what it was and couldn’t even pronounce the word, let alone prepare it correctly. I requested cream and milk, and they still didn’t add it — too busy trying to figure out what “chamomile” even means.

How do you work in a coffee shop/breakfast and don’t know the products you have available and or to sell and make.

When I brought it back, they refused to remake it or fix their mistake. Just absolutely disappointing service all around.

Man, I miss the Dunkin’s back in Boston/New England — they actually know what they’re doing.

Out of all the DD in Atlanta this location is the best one!..the manager is super nice and they make the best croissants! This place is why I can’t loose weight! Great job!

This location should be shut down. The owner of this location has no customer skills. She was very rude and disrespectful and wouldn’t honor my rewards. She should never work in another food service establishment ever again. I WILL NOT be going to this location anymore and I feel bad for the workers who have to deal with her.

The staff is awful! And 100% racist! A lady whose nationality is not American verbally abused me, yelling at me and closing the drive-thru window simply because she didn’t understand my English. I’m learning and maybe I don’t have the best pronunciation, but I’m trying! I don’t deserve to be treated with such disrespect from this lady! They should choose their employees better! A franchise with the status of Dunkin’ shouldn’t have such rude and valueless people!
