This location sucks, not necessarily at the fault of the front line employees. They are always out of items. One day it’s tortillas or croissants, the next day espresso. It’s never a smooth customer experience. Maybe they need new management.

When someone orders an iced coffee they NEVER want granulated sugar it’s always LIQUID. That makes no sense. This is also like the second or third time it’s happened I also tried to get the meal deal and they were out of bacon and hashbrowns so that was disappointing but can’t fault them for that. Since the renovation they SUCK!

I called this location in the morning to verify if they had gotten the Sabrina cups in (Since not every store would have them available). It took a bit to get someone on the phone by the time someone answered I asked about the cups. The employee who answered proceeded to talk to me in a very rude tone and rushed the call then ended with a very rude “Is that all?”
I ended up getting the cup eventually and I felt that even in person the employees there seemed to rush you as you try to order through the drive-tru. Having worked customer service I understand that dealing with customers can be annoying but if you obviously hate your job just quit.
Unfortunately, this location was the closest to me otherwise, I would go to the one I usually go to.

Dunkin on Old National Highway has the best customer service! Everytime I come inside I always see the short brownskin girl with the braids by herself. Y’all need to get that baby a raise she’s GREAT!!

I love Dunkin and only live three minutes from this location, but something is always wrong here so I have to drive to further locations. Labor Day weekend Saturday around 10am, three workers were sitting outside on the sidewalk telling folks nothing was working so cars were doing u-turns.
Out of last five visits, they’ve gotten my orders wrong all five times. I don’t think they know how to make their coffees correctly. I was so excited to have this Dunkin so close to me so I’m heartbroken.
Hoping for new management and staff training.

The doughnuts are always fresh. The coffee always hot. But it's the customer service for me and why I keep returning.

I went thru the drive thru at this location this morning and they got my order incorrect. The worker accused me of complaining because she got the order wrong and then told me it does not matter if it's wrong, just take whatever she gave me. After letting her know I want what I paid for, she then gave me a burnt sandwich 😂 Only go to this location if you want to waste your money and get accused of wanting your order to be correct 🤣🤣
