I went thru the drive thru at this location this morning and they got my order incorrect. The worker accused me of complaining because she got the order wrong and then told me it does not matter if it's wrong, just take whatever she gave me. After letting her know I want what I paid for, she then gave me a burnt sandwich š Only go to this location if you want to waste your money and get accused of wanting your order to be correct š¤£š¤£

Gutter trash in appearance. No lights. There was brown paper covering up the cracked windows, but I still pulled up to the drive-thru being optimistic... but why?? Then the woman said their oven is broken and no hot food could be served. The company must do better. A report must be made to the corporate office for the sake of the customer!

On Monday Jan 6 2025 to purchase 2 coffee cake and 2 blueberry muffins. I checked the bag quickly and looked at the 2 muffins at the top. The looked dark but I thought it was the cinnamon on the coffee cake donuts. When I got home all 4 muffins were burnt at top and bottom.Ā I have never received poor products at any Dunkin and was very disappointed.Ā They knew the muffins were inedible but served them in the drive thru knowing that most people don't return products due to distance to return item. I am very disappointed as I expected better.
