I have been going here since I started working in the building in March of 2025. The service has gone down drastically since I started visiting there. The manager is not very friendly but she used to get my orders right. Now, after the sixth time they have gotten my order wrong, I am afraid I won’t be going back!

Located on level BL inside the truist plaza.
It’s in a food court that is rather upscale and clean!

The photo depicting this place as a standalone is incorrect.

This location has all of the K cups ( including pumpkin) , tea, but no frozen desserts and I also didn’t see any apparel or cups.

Order ahead on the app and it makes it much easier to just come pick up your order. Service was good. And of course Dunkin’ is always busy.

This is one of Midtown Atlanta's favorite, rise and shine coffee time locations. It's also one of the friendlier pet owners places to walk in, with your four legged family members.. dog allowed, And I think they like the coffee smell as well as the freshly made breakfast sandwiches.. great atmosphere.

I intended to pick up my mobile order from a location closer to me within walking distance however my phone’s location picked up the 303 Peachtree address which was a 20 minute walk I finally arrived to the location where my order was. My frozen coffee had melted so seeing that NO other customers were in the lobby it was empty I politely asked if they could remake my beverage and the cashier stated “no because it wasn’t their fault”. I’m not negating that statement because it wasn’t their fault however, again the lobby was empty so I didn’t think it’d be an issue I’m sure if a white man had asked for a remake they would’ve done it without hesitation.

I feel as though these reviews have all been bought. I’ve worked in this building for over 15 years and this location is consistently a hot mess. Wrong orders, incorrect orders, and mobile orders consistently delayed (20+ minutes) or just missing altogether. Even when verbally telling the person what your coffee order is, they somehow still get it wrong.
