I love this store, mainly because it's the only one in the area. The owners are nice, however culturally, sometimes the lady can be a little rude and ask inappropriate judgmental questions. She's sweet, but her approach can come off offensive at times. Even though I know she doesn't mean it. Also, the store smell like burnt griddle, and that smell can linger in your clothes for a while.Overall, their caramel coffee is the best. Dunkin is my favorite coffee shop of all.

There is an Indian lady that works there she has a nasty attitude and she's very rude if the dining room is closed it make more sense to put a note on the door so customers will be able to drive around through the drive-thru don't wait until I get out the car and pull on the door just for you to be rude she needs to be fired in my opinion

This Dunkin’ Donuts is so hit or miss with their service and wait times. There seems to be extremely high employer turnover at this location as well.

There have been several times that I’ve been to the store and have heard co-workers yelling at each other about their frustrations. I also witnessed two employees quitting on the spot due to some issue they had with a manager.

I’ve been there a few times where there was only 1 working staff member during the morning rush hour.

I never feel confident about the accuracy of my orders and make it a point to check what I received against my receipt; I suggest you do the same.

The workers have been mostly polite, but I avoid going in store as I’ve been ignored during a rush (when the drive through is busy) on several occasions.

The drinks and food are what you can expect from Dunkin’.

Dietary restrictions: They have oatmilk and almond milk as dairy alternatives.

2 out of the 3 items I ordered were wrong. Staff was very rude. A gentleman sat down with his coffee and sandwich and pulled out a tablet. The manager immediately came out and told him he can’t sit there. He told her then refund my food and she instead told him he has 20 minutes and then he has to be gone.

BEWARE!!! This Indian owned establishment in the African American neighborhood of Atlanta is constantly changing the price of the coffee. I’ve been patronizing this establishment for a while, grabbing a cup of coffee on my way to work for years. In the last week, the coffee price went from $3.47 to $3.58 and today it was $3.69! The same coffee and same size cup!! Today, I mentioned it and was told by the woman that took my order that “ it is only ten cents! Well, it’s my ten cents and I’ll take my business elsewhere!! The manager came and adjusted the price to what it should have been. They have definitely lost a loyal customer. Imagine if they over charged everyone that came through the drive through every single day, the money that is being stolen from innocent ppl that’s not paying attention. It’s sad how they come into AA communities and take advantage of Black ppl.

I ordered Maple bacon Croissant And hash Browns are apple fritter and coffee roll. When the driver gave me the food I didn't expect my Croissant and hash browns to be missing. And to top things off I called the number on the receipt and it's not a working number. So now I can't have breakfast this is ridiculous

I was in the drive thru and the lady said “What do you want?!” I told her that she was really rude and drove off without ordering anything. The customer service is awful. I will never again stop here. Horrible place
